Hello! this is my first time posting and i just wanted to ask if someone can make a mod that gives Arthur max stats! health Stamina Deadeye! i stop doing story missions at the start of chapter 2! wish i could have a maxed out Arthur to take on these mods.. thank you!

so i can now let Arthur use a Turk?? cause i know in the story the Turks dont spawn while you play as Arthur
