Textures Tool Kit does not support _sRGB format for dds files.

When I try to save a ytd file with the above-mentioned dds file, ToolKit gives an error saying that this dds file is supposedly not a dds file. Are there any ways to solve this problem?

If you want to use SRGB format you're going to have to use Codex. There's no way around that
