Hello, I'm from Belarus, so I use a translator, my game crashes when I start the story one, until this moment everything comes from below, I'll attach the log, please help with this problem, please

You could try starting RagePluginHook after the game starts, when you are in singleplayer. It is also possible that your RPH is out of date, make sure you are using the latest version.
