Perhaps it did not automatically load the mod. Try to load it in the console via 'LoadPlugin'.

found the problem lenny its automaticly enters to command when i start the game but the problem is it does not work command says unknown command  its the startup rph take a look LoadPlugin "RDRFirstResponse.dll" true true; rage enters this command automaticly when i start the game but it says unknown command and does not work.

Hah, you are from Turkey right (or use Turkish as your system language)? If you check carefully, it complains that it cannot find a command called LOADPLUGİN (with the dotted Turkish I). This is called Turkish-I problem. Try changing your system language to English and it should work.

I am not sure, but I have never seen this problem (nor does it make much sense) and the Turkish i-problem can lead to many very odd side effects. So would be great to rule that out first.

I've put together some pictures below of how to install and change your Windows Display Language to English (United States).

You can easily switch between the two when ever you want by following Step 7

Step 1

Click the windows key at the bottom left of the screen and type in language

Select Language settings from the list at the top

Step 2

Select the option circled in red - Add a language

Step 3

Copy and paste, or type in English (United States) in to the search box

Select it from the search list when it appears

Select the button at the bottom circled in red - Next

Step 4

Leave everything checked as it is shown in the image below

Click the button circled in red - Install

Step 5

Red text circled in red in the image below will appear. It confirms the language pack is installing

A blue install progress bar is also circled in red. Depending on your internet speed, it may take some time

Step 6

Select the box circled in red in the image below

Step 7

Select English (United States) from the list as circled in red in the image below.

Doing this will change your Windows Display Language to English (United States)

Repeat this step to change it back to Turkish (or other languages) at any time.

It may prompt you to sign out and back in for the language to display properly. This must be done.

You don't want to delete your other one, you just want to switch.

When you try to install a new language, is that when it tells you Windows supports just one language?

Does Step 7 show any other languages already, or only 1?
