Some anti-virus software programs mark Lenny's Simple Trainer as a virus. This is known as a false-positive. Lenny's Simple Trainer makes extensive use of memory hooking to achieve a lot of what it does, which can look malicious to anti-virus software.
Additionally, Lenny's Simple Trainer was one of the first script modifications created for RDR2 PC, and uses it's own scripthook, which increase the amount of memory hooking used and thus false positive detection potential.
If your anti-virus marks Lenny's Simple Trainer as unsafe or you have odd issues running Lenny's Simple Trainer, you will either need to exclude Lenny's Simple Trainer files (refer to your antivirus documentation for more details) or you will have to disable the anti-virus software.

Lenny's Simple Trainer is a mod for Red Dead Redemption II that lets you do a bunch of awesome things in RDR 2, including clear your current wanted level, give yourself money, and much more.  If you've ever wanted to play as a wolf, soar in the skies as an eagle or have a personal bodyguard, then this is the mod for you.

 

If upgrading from a previous version, always use the new lst.ini file.

 

Features

  • Play as any character model and easily switch between your favourites.
  • Teleport to anywhere on the map, including your current waypoint.
  • Nudge yourself forward through locked doors and walls.
  • Change & pause the time of day.
  • Change & freeze the weather.
  • Give yourself any weapon in the game!
  • Clear your wanted level.
  • Never wanted setting.
  • Toggle godmode on or off.
  • Give yourself unlimited amounts of money!
  • Change the game's timecycle speed.
  • Quickly spawn a new horse to use.

  • Super Godmode - protects against ragdoll too.
  • All settings can now be reloaded while in-game.

  • New! MP models work again (big thanks to deterministic_bubble)!

 

Controls

F5: PRESS to open or close the Trainer Menu.
F11: PRESS to teleport to waypoint. 
F12: Log your current position (and some other info) to the logfile.  Also works on peds/entites you target.

NumPad 0: HOLD and PRESS Left/Right/Up/Down/PgUp/PgDn to nudge the player, forward, up, left, backwards, etc.  Go through doors with this.

 

Menu controls:

  • Up/Down to navigate the menu vertically.
  • Left/Right to change item options.
  • Enter to select an option.
  • Backspace to return to the previous page.

 

Bodyguard controls:

  • Hold and Release F9 to make your bodyguards regroup with you.
  • Hold F9 to dismiss all of your bodyguards.
  • Aim at a Ped and Press 1 to make all bodyguards attack them.
  • Aim at a Ped and Press 2 to make the closest bodyguard attack them.
  • Aim at a Ped and Press 3 to make the closest bodyguard lasso them.
  • Aim at a Ped and Press 4 to make them enter your vehicle.
  • Press 5 to make your bodyguards hold their current position.

 

Eagle gunship controls:

  • Aim at a Ped and Press F8 to make the eagle attack them.

 

Installation
All you need to do is drag the files into your game root folder - the one where RDR 2 is installed.

When the game launches, you should hear a few beeping sounds, indicating that the trainer is loaded.
Do not attempt to play Online with this trainer.  Remove all files from your game folder before playing Online.

Do not save your game as a changed character model.  We recommend that you disable autosaves before using this trainer.

 

Configuration
Character models, bodyguard models, weapon models, settings and teleport positions can be customized in the lst.ini file while the game is running:

 

Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble running Lenny's Simple Trainer, please check the log file. If you see "System.OutOfMemoryException: STATUS_NO_MEMORY: Failed to allocate memory", please download this fix to your game root directory: www.mod-rdr.com/EasyHookPatch.zip

 

If you do not get a logfile, please launch the game as administrator and make sure the folder is writable!

    I think it has something to do with the multiplayer components idk why, but its the same as when youre tied up in online and have to escape I was playing as a ped and it happened to me

    I have a question, once I switch to a new character model, all my cores are reset to the lowest. Do I have to level them up? Or is there a way to do so in the trainer.

    I've played around with the newest version and can confirm that disabling the New Austin sniper works. I just hunted the legendary cougar in chapter 2 and also camped overnight in Tall Trees with no issues, so awesome job there @LMS I never got to do the original New Austin glitch so this is the first time I get to explore this part of the map with Arthur and I'm having a blast.

     

    However I can also confirm that this version of the mod gives your horse infinite stamina by default, even if it's set to off in the horse menu, which isn't a problem or anything but I thought I should mention it.

     

    As for changing the gender on the horse, it works but as soon as I do that the tack and saddle disappear, and taking the horse back into the stable resets the gender.

    Hello, when I attach to the lasso an enemy in melee it's me who finish attached, how can I fix the bug? otherwise great work on the mod!

    So, I know that saving with a changed model can corrupt your save, and that's why you need to turn off autosaves. But, I was wondering if you'd be able to safely save if you didn't do anything to change Arthur's model and just used the trainer for doing things like the legendary animal hunts and challenges in New Austin? Thanks. Great trainer by the way.

    Also tested disable Sniper in Chapter 2, 3 & 4, doesn't work in New Austin.

    Changing gender for animals only seems to work for horses for some reason. Doesn't work on elk/moose/rams and doesn't give those animals antlers (if it should).

     

     

    Also, might I make a suggestion for an instakill option under weapons? If you play as animals and have explosive or fire ammo, it actually works for their attacks. I feel like instakill would be good for one-punching people, kicking to death with horses, one shotting as a wolf, and so on.

     

    Also gonna suggest a pelt-change toggle like the male/female option to cycle through different colors. Some animals have different pelts you can cycle through by selecting them over and over (wolf, dog, cat, turkey, etc) but some alt coats you'll never be able to use (raccoon only spawns brown, fox only spawns red, buck only spawns golden, coyote only spawns brown, etc).

    Ok after a little more playing around with it, I noticed that the Sniper script does infact override when it's already shooting you. If you activate it before going into a sniper zone it does not activate for me.

    I'm having an issue with the bodyguards I spawn will follow me for a little while on foot before they run off, and on horse they barely follow for 10 feet before they run off.  Another thing is that when they run off you can target them and make conversation, where as normally when you target them, there's no options. I've seen other comments on the thread from a while ago talking about the same issue, so if anyone has a fix I would be grateful if they could post it here.

     

    Also if the mod Dev sees this post could you also possibly add an option for Infinite health for the bodyguards?

    Hello, LMS! I have an idea I'd like to share with you. I'm not sure if it'll pass but it's worth a shot. Would it be possible to create a keybinding for a favorite action (scenario)? For instance, I love the "sit and read a book" while at my campfire, rather than shift through all the actions, I can simply press one key and the action quickly takes place (without breaking the subversiveness). And by selecting the same key, the action is stopped (simple and quick). This particular key will be of the user's choosing by placing the settings within the .ini file. This way, each user can edit the key so that it does not interfere with other trainer mods. 

     

    P.S. I hope this makes sense lol Thank you sir, for all your effort and if this is a "no go," well thank you for the time in reading the idea 🙂

    Turn off both godmodes and it works as normal again.

    Hi,

     

    Unlimited ammo doesn't work for firearms, only throwable weapons.

    Trainer keeps getting better, thanks. I'd like an option to add honor as well, if possible.

     

    Edit: also, unlimited ammo gives you no reload, even though they should be two separates options
