Update 1.3: Blood Money out now!

This mod brings all the good stuff from Red Dead Online to singleplayer and allows you to access it via the various vendors in the game. You can of course still use a trainer to access these items, but we have spent a lot of time to make everything fit in with singleplayer naturally so we believe this is the best way to experience this mod. The special weapons from MP are unlocked from the start, but only available at select merchants to fit in nicely with story progression. There are a few minor issues with a few items, which you can learn more about in the Known Issues section further below.

We hope you enjoy the first version of our mod, we certainly had lots of fun making it! There are plans to update this mod in the future to expand it and address a few issues, so stay tuned! A very special thanks to @Senexis and @bolmin who are the true creators and masterminds behind this modification, I am just uploading it. No xml tags were harmed during development (we promise!).

 

Item Locations

The added weapons can be found available for purchase in the following location:

  • NEW! Full Blood Money update compatibility

Installation

Download with Mod Manager from here or drag and drop the extracted folder into your LML folder so that you have a structure like "Red Dead Redemption 2\lml\red_dead_offline". Please make sure to have Lenny's Simple Trainer or Outfit Changer installed to load all multiplayer components! Otherwise many components, such as the navy revolver, will not show up. If you have the Navy Revolver in SP mod installed, make sure to uninstall it completely. This mod supersedes it and having both installed will likely cause issues!

Missing/Locked Guns

If you are experiencing an issue where guns are not unlocked, or are missing, please make sure to try the following:

  • Update the game:
    This mod currently supports game version 1355. If you are on an earlier version, some or all added guns will be locked or missing.
  • Update Lenny's Mod Loader:
    The mod currently supports LML version beta 6 and higher. If you are on an earlier version, some parts of the mod may not work.
  • Make sure Navy Revolver in SP is uninstalled:
    Like mentioned in the Installation section, this mod is not compatible with it and will cause guns to be hidden.
  • Make sure other mods are compatible:
    Any LML-mod that edits the catalog_sp.ymt file without specific compatibility patches is currently not compatible.
  • Make sure Lenny's Simple Trainer or Outfit Changer is installed:
    Without either of these, Multiplayer components will not show up, causing multiple items to be missing.

 

Known Issues

Currently in the mod, there are a couple of known issues that may impact you while playing:

  • NEW! Off-Hand Holsters will incorrectly display the Off-Hand firearm and will cause glitchy animations.
  • NEW! Certain ponchos will display visual clipping, not all of them are as bad as some are.
  • Some Saddles and Saddle Accessories combinations will cause clipping, "None" options have been added to fix this.
  • When purchasing a Reinforced Lasso, you will be able to purchase them infinitely. You only need to buy it once for it to be unlocked.
  • When purchasing any Bolas, the texture that appears on the right will be a placeholder texture. This can be ignored.
  • In some cases, when purchasing a Burled Grip, it will appear invisible. This only happens on some guns.
  • Bolas might cause weird clipping and/or physics, this can be ignored as it is just a visual bug.
  • Bolas will not be picked up when hogtying people, unlike in Multiplayer where you will get them back.
  • Tracking Arrows will not cause a path to be drawn in Eagle Eye.
  • Weapon variants can't be applied. This is due to them not working properly (i.e. invisible, broken textures, unable to apply correctly).

    uh. none of the gun belts or holsters are showing for me. How do i know if mods are interfering with this one?

    UPDATE NEEDED

     

    Hey man, this mod needs an update. The online weapons such as the improved bow no longer show up, neither does other online things. Not to mention that many mods are dependent on this one to work, so no longer having updates backwalls the use of several other mods

    After updating WhyEm DLC for red dead all online content stopped working me choosing items in the catalog doesn't change anything the color variants are now looking corrupted and nothing happens when clicking on it

    I gave up on Whyems.   I love the idea, but as of now in 2022, it was causing more issues than it was worth.   After removing it, RDO is working fine for me.

    hey i have a problem i installed all of the mods... but it doesnt work the player is naked and he has no feet xd ...

    i rarely create accounts to download mods, even less to comment, but holy shit bro this actually worked, so if you only want red dead offline on 1436.28, do this. i didnt redownload anything, just download and install lml beta 9, then download beta 8 and only copy the vfs.asi to rdr2 folder, then download latest lenny simple trainer and only copy version.dll. i dont use the trainer, but the weapons and ponchos are there, so red dead offline works.

    How do you remove the hip flask accessory?   Once you buy it there is no way to remove it as far as I can tell.

    thanks, very helpful compared to what's being repeated. any luck getting this to work with outfit changer?

    After doing this multiple times, it straight up doesn't work. The game refuses to even open.

    Nah it works fine. Just use LML Beta 10 and version.dll from Asi Loader instead of LST and it should boot up and work fine. On a clean install with a few .asi files it works as it should. Using other LML Betas will prevent the game from starting up at all and using version.dll from LST will crash the game during the loading screen. This is atleast what I did to get this to work and I can confirm that it doesn't necessarily need an update to keep it working as of now.

    Is this ever gonna get updated because the gun not appearing in the off hand holster is honestly really annoying and personally hinders the mod greatly.

    Was having trouble with RDO items being invisible. Apparently I can't read and glossed over "Outfit Changer" being a requirement. Worked great after that! haha

    How to delete all mod components except navy, elephant, temper steel, burled wood and all wraps? What files have i delete or edit?

    Having an issue where I have lml, and outfit changer, as well as red dead offline, but the multiplayer female assets won't load (yes its only the female ones, and to clarify I press enter on the option but nothing happens). I have tried uninstalling lml and red dead offline, and that then allows for me to use the mp female assets, but then obviously red dead offline assets aren't there anymore (I want to get the navy revolver and elephant rifle). Anyone have a fix to this issue. I will update this post if I get this fixed for anyone who may be having this issue as well.

     

    Edit: I have now tried everything under the sun to get this working, but no luck. On the bright side I have managed to isolate the problem. After using multiple trainers, along side outfit changer I have determined that it is simply a bug with red dead offline that causes the female assets to no be present. To reiterate the male assets do load and the female do when RDO is not running, and now with every trainer I have used they are all capable of loading the male online assets/clothes, but not the female. In conclusion I hope the devs of red dead offline will take a look at this in the future to see if they can address this issue.

     

    TLDR: the mod interferes with female online assets; please fix devs.

    After long time of fighting i got rdr2 to work with whyem and offline. My game version is 1.0.1436.31. This is what i did, install Scripthook 1.0.1436.31, asi_loader 02_2, lml_rdr_beta_10 and read dead offline 1.33. Extract lml mod manager (from lml mod loader) to desktop and launch it as adminmanager to check they are enabled. Launch the game to see offline is working. Close the game install Whyem's latest offline edition and install. Again launch mod manager as admin to see they are enabled. I got ''FFFFFFF'' error and got this fixed by changing to vulkan(you can do this from advanced settings in game). I use version.dll from asi_02_2 and Rampage trainer instead of lennys simple trainer. Currently i'm running this game with about 20 mods working. Hope this helps someone:)

    This mod is great. Too bad the collector saddlebag dont' work like the online mode (let you store more custom outfits at your horse). 

    But i understand that that it must be a hard thing to do. Messing with textures only is fair more simple.
