Some anti-virus software programs mark Lenny's Simple Trainer as a virus. This is known as a false-positive. Lenny's Simple Trainer makes extensive use of memory hooking to achieve a lot of what it does, which can look malicious to anti-virus software.
Additionally, Lenny's Simple Trainer was one of the first script modifications created for RDR2 PC, and uses it's own scripthook, which increase the amount of memory hooking used and thus false positive detection potential.
If your anti-virus marks Lenny's Simple Trainer as unsafe or you have odd issues running Lenny's Simple Trainer, you will either need to exclude Lenny's Simple Trainer files (refer to your antivirus documentation for more details) or you will have to disable the anti-virus software.

Lenny's Simple Trainer is a mod for Red Dead Redemption II that lets you do a bunch of awesome things in RDR 2, including clear your current wanted level, give yourself money, and much more.  If you've ever wanted to play as a wolf, soar in the skies as an eagle or have a personal bodyguard, then this is the mod for you.

 

If upgrading from a previous version, always use the new lst.ini file.

 

Features

  • Play as any character model and easily switch between your favourites.
  • Teleport to anywhere on the map, including your current waypoint.
  • Nudge yourself forward through locked doors and walls.
  • Change & pause the time of day.
  • Change & freeze the weather.
  • Give yourself any weapon in the game!
  • Clear your wanted level.
  • Never wanted setting.
  • Toggle godmode on or off.
  • Give yourself unlimited amounts of money!
  • Change the game's timecycle speed.
  • Quickly spawn a new horse to use.

  • Bond with gang horses

  • Load multiplayer only weapons, such as the Navy Revolver (Set LoadMPWeapons to true in the ini, please note that this can cause severe side effects due to how we hack in the weapons)
  • Select outfit for bodyguards
  • New! Change amount of money to receive
  • New! MP models work again (big thanks to deterministic_bubble)!

 

Controls

F5: PRESS to open or close the Trainer Menu.
F11: PRESS to teleport to waypoint. 
F12: Log your current position (and some other info) to the logfile.  Also works on peds/entites you target.

NumPad 0: HOLD and PRESS Left/Right/Up/Down/PgUp/PgDn to nudge the player, forward, up, left, backwards, etc.  Go through doors with this.

 

Menu controls:

  • Up/Down to navigate the menu vertically.
  • Left/Right to change item options.
  • Enter to select an option.
  • Backspace to return to the previous page.

 

Bodyguard controls:

  • Hold and Release F9 to make your bodyguards regroup with you.
  • Hold F9 to dismiss all of your bodyguards.
  • Aim at a Ped and Press 1 to make all bodyguards attack them.
  • Aim at a Ped and Press 2 to make the closest bodyguard attack them.
  • Aim at a Ped and Press 3 to make the closest bodyguard lasso them.
  • Aim at a Ped and Press 4 to make them enter your vehicle.
  • Press 5 to make your bodyguards hold their current position.

 

Eagle gunship controls:

  • Aim at a Ped and Press F8 to make the eagle attack them.

 

Installation
All you need to do is drag the files into your game root folder - the one where RDR 2 is installed.

When the game launches, you should hear a few beeping sounds, indicating that the trainer is loaded.
Do not attempt to play Online with this trainer.  Remove all files from your game folder before playing Online.

Do not save your game as a changed character model.  We recommend that you disable autosaves before using this trainer.

 

Configuration
Character models, bodyguard models, weapon models, settings and teleport positions can be customized in the lst.ini file while the game is running:

 

Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble running Lenny's Simple Trainer, please check the log file. If you see "System.OutOfMemoryException: STATUS_NO_MEMORY: Failed to allocate memory", please download this fix to your game root directory: www.mod-rdr.com/EasyHookPatch.zip

 

If you do not get a logfile, please launch the game as administrator and make sure the folder is writable!

 

Please don't upload or redistribute this mod, link here instead so that everyone has the most up to date version.

    @HunterMysterouis hunter Make sure that asi loader (version.dll) is updated. The one included is outdated.

    Good time of day.Tell me why the trainer from Lenny conflicts with the loader of mods from Leni?Both the trainer and the loader are the last that are available,the game is licensed.Bought in Rockstar.

    Having an issue with the "goats and sheep" mission I believe is trainer related. Towards the end when I need to pickup Strauss the game scripts seem to stop. There are no waypoints, I can only move in first person, and Strauss goes stiff, cant fire my gun ect ect. Didnt find any mention of this bug anywhere else.

     

    Only mod I have going is the read dead offline mod and I have not activated anything on the trainer, I just installed it to use the mod

    When Ever i try to install Lennys Simple trainer and start rdr2 the three beeps happen but the game never loads and then on the fourth beep the game just closes all together any ideas or any way to stop this

    There seems to be an Issue with LML. The stream folder is not there, and when I created one, none of the mods that require the lml/stream are working. Please Fix this because this is a big issue since a lot of mods require this

    @LMS Can you add a config flag in the lst.ini config file where you can disable the beeping sounds when the game starts? It can get annoying and it keeps scaring me for a sec which is not pleasant.

    @nistak If you are on a laptop, make sure that you hold fn + F5.

    Sorry LMS - likely another rube here just itching to get some modding working after coming back to the game after a year off my hard-drive.
    Fresh install, PC desktop windows 10
    Lenny's Simple Trainer installed gives me the three beeps upon attempting to load the game, then the game launcher automatically goes to 'quitting' the game before it ever comes up. Any advice or instruction would be appreciated.

    I've been trawling for a solution for the day, older versions, asi loaders, AB's scripthook, Ist.ini has loadmpweapons=false -... everything I can think of for getting things working.

    EDIT: after pulling my hair out I started throwing everything at the wall to see what stuck, somewhere between deleting 'outfit changer' file in sub folder and throwing in a whole bunch of scripthook and version dll's into the root folder it decided it was going to beep a fourth time and load the game. Good god, what an ordeal.
    seems unfortunate but that'll be the way it is for some people it seems. I still don't know precisely what fixed it at the end.

    i cant get my game to launch after installing the trainer. i hear the beeping but then it just automatically closes. idk what im doing wrong i installed it in the same way the video showed, i own it on steam idk if thats part of the problem

    It's not, I own the game on just rockstar launcher and even briefly on steam (refunded) just to check this - it's the files themselves - at the very least for some users it seems you need to use an arcane combination of them to get it to work - the straight download of Lenny's simple trainer doesn't work for whatever reason; but this only seems to apply to a small unlucky few. Fresh download and install from me got your results initially until I started just throwing stuff around to see what stuck.

    Alexander Blade's scripthook version 1.0.1436.25 but deleted dinput8.dll from my root folder
    were a couple of things I did just before it started working for me.

    what do you mean by "look into version.dll", im having the same exact issue.

    hi guys i NEED HELP since i install mods the mary beth request repeats all time making a eternal "give the request" and gaining a marriage gold ring (sorry my bad english) and the doctor event when you get the schodfield revolver is always avaible again like i never did that event but i pass already. is this normal even without mods or the mods are making this glitch about the events repeat over and over again?

    Used this trainer for a while and never had issues up until recently.

     

    Now it has entirely messed up my game to the point even reinstalling it doesn't work (You'd think that would do the trick, I guess not). Your files have system hooks in them that inject malware and other useless anomalies. I can't even play a game I paid twice for because of your program. Thanks. I tried your API update as well as other fixes and it gradually made it worse. At first it'd only crash during a certain story mission; now it doesn't boot up past the beeps period. No errors, no nothing. Otherwise i'd add it to this post.

     

    I'm never using your software again; you will be reported on Nexus in case you do have mods on there just for the spamware bs you put on my computer. Your website sucks, your software sucks, your support also sucks. 

     

    Do not get this mod as it is outdated/broken in story mode; I had to tweak files just to get past certain missions and even then ended up not being able to finish the game.

    same here. it beeps as usual but it doesnt even start up.  i tried deleting version.dll and it worked after that but then i didnt any mods.

    Hey @LMS, been using your trainer and outfit changer for years now, Congratz on whatever you did to make mp_male work perfectly, but am I the only one that mp_female is still not working properly? ( empty cores, always tired animations, cant sit or sleep on bed etc).

    I saw a post on page 36 of this comment section where somebody was asking about the same issue, to which you gave this response, "It was indeed a different feature that was ported first (the reload fix). The core fix I still haven't ported, but I haven't forgotten about it 🙂". Was this referencing something to do with a mp_female fix in RDRFR? I installed RDRFR to test it and mp_female was no longer tired with empty cores (didnt check bed sitting animations), but i could no longer use the outfit changer to add body components. Any Ideas? I just want mp_female to work as pefect as mp_male does now.

    Yes, RDRFR has a proper model fix but I never got around to porting that to the trainer as it is a bit involved (and would then also need to maintain compatibility with RDRFR). I don't think I will port it anytime soon, sorry about that. I am not sure why you cannot use the Outfit Changer with a model changed in RDRFR, though. I think it should work fine.
