i placed the littleshelter.xml in rampagefiles/spooner 

you followed them incorrectly. download a different mod 🙂

Yeah um i found out it by my own maybe next time you could explain more For everyone just go to rampage, spawner and spawn the littleshack. Nice explaining dude 

those are some very basic and straight forward instructions. I don't see what the problem is, it's not even at the witch's caldron... ill add some more images. as well as adding some more 'understandable' instructions for people who don't know how to install mods, as this seems to be a reoccurring issue.

Well there is ppl who are new to this . Not everyone is perfect bro either way good mod even tho the hitching post doesnt work
