Found out what the issue is. This mod conflicts with this bank robbery mod which i had installed: https://www.nexusmods.com/reddeadredemption2/mods/167/ So just a heads up for anyone experiencing the same issue

I don't know if this is a problem with my game or the mod, but once I installed this trainer any time I enter Valentine my frame rate drops super low, any way to fix this?
