Dead Harlow

Using red dead offline & more pretty gun but something in the later is overwriting the skull lantern from offline how can I find the cause of this issue and fix it?

followed install instructions exactly as posted on the mods nexus yet most of more pretty guns are locked I cant access the skull lantern or the jawbone knife in red dead offline either, I do have the outlift changer installed as well
