    I know the mod is working because people fall on the ground and moan and I can installing kill them with f8 or whatever the hot key. But when I shoot them in the leg they never limp, infact the only thing i notice with the mod turned on is they will stay alive on the ground and not get up. I have not messed with the ini. Anyone know what might be wrong?
