    Does Dutch have a random chance of spawning in his designated area? I've been looking all over Tall Trees for him but only run into a skinners or one of Dutch's gang members riding by.

    This is one of the mods I've been waiting for ever since 2018, incredible progress so far! Can't wait to see how Armadillo will look as a fully restored town again.

    Creator had another hissy fit over something and removed it from everywhere. Had a feeling he'd pull something like that again and downloaded backups.
