  1. @HughJanus LMS and I looked into this and there's a bit of a workaround you can use until we deploy a better fix. If you search for, for example: about* using the search options above, changing 'Search In' to Speech Lines this works. And you get all speech lines ABOUT_* However the search term needs to be lowercase due to an odd bug, this however doesn't actually restrict the search to lowercase. We're looking to put a better fix into place soon.
  2. Thanks for the suggestion! There should be a way of searching via just changing the 'Search In' option to Speech Lines. However some provisional testing is showing that this doesn't seem to be working as expected. I'll try to see what I can do.

No. Follow the instructions on the download page if you're having issues. Notably, click the 'click here' button if the download does not start.

Don't use it then, use a different trainer if it concerns you. It's a false positive by AV software. Mods work by using memory manipulation and other techniques which can look like viruses to AV software.

You'll have to disable AV software or add an exception.
  6. RDRFR is launched with RAGEPluginHook, so if RDRFR/RPH causes issues with campaign mode or another script, you can simply elect not to play RDRFR for that session where you want to use the other mods/campaign.

@LMS looked into this and it looks like Rockstar changed something to do with how the bird control mechanics work and they no longer correctly respond to user input. It might be possible to work around this in future, but this is caused by a change in behavior of the game, not the trainer.

Might be a bit late with the reply, but both are now updated 😀
  9. RPH loads plugins from the "C#Plugins" folder. I think Script Hook RDR2 also comes with an ASI loader, which will just load .asi files in the game's main folder.

A new version of RAGEPluginHook is available at http://ragepluginhook.net/Downloads.aspx?Hook=1 - this fixes compatibility for the latest update. Please make sure to download this and overwrite the version that RDRFR ships with.
  11. If it deletes itself, this can only really be explained by an antivirus or similar software deleting it.
  12. Historically with GTA V the Scripthook API remains the same so does not break existing mods. Mods that are using just the functionality provided by the Scripthook native API will probably be okay.
  13. Cyan commented on LMS's comment on a file in Red Dead Redemption 2 RDRFR
Yup, it depends on RAGEPluginHook. We'll post here when an update is available. I've put the latest information in an announcement at the top of the site.
  14. ASI mods that use the Scripthook API won't work. Some memory-only changes like: will (probably) continue to work when used with our ASI loader.
  15. The usual timeframe for GTA V was around under a week for RAGEPluginHook, and slightly longer for Scripthook. Whether this will hold true for RDR2 is unknown (especially with the lesser modding interest). I know that LMS is looking into updating RPH and is investigating.
  16. Riding on the hopping frog is hilarious! Nice.

You should be able to change it here: https://www.mod-rdr.com/settings/username/ If the option isn't showing, feel free to drop me a PM with your new desired username.
  19. I've messaged you so that we can look into this a bit more.
  20. Our update should have only touched natives where nothing had been changed. I will take a look into it.
  21. Something that's been missing with the site is the ability to see what's changed, which is especially important with the community Wikis. We've now added a new 'Recent Changes' button to see all the new recent changes in all of the Wiki. Edits will also now be visible on your profiles, and the All Activity feed.
  22. Yup, you should be auto-joined with the Insiders role if you have Patreon hooked to Discord. https://www.mod-rdr.com/discord/
  23. 17th February: We've updated the native DB again with new natives that were added in a previous game release, as well as sync some natives that weren't named locally with datasets elsewhere.
