  1. I'm curious what response you would like? None of our team has any issues getting LML to work on the most recent version of the game. If you are having issues, you'll have to provide debug information, crash logs (you can find this in Event Viewer), and other information that you feel may be useful for the creator to look into your problem, as well as what you've tried to resolve the issue (like disabling AV which can sometimes interfere, making sure version.dll is present, etc).
  2. The latest version of RAGEPluginHook can be found in the RDRFR download.
  3. Are you using the most up-to-date version of the game?
  4. You should backup your save before using any mod.
  5. RDRFR was updated last Sunday, nothing should be preventing you from playing with the mod.
  6. Our intention with RDR2Mods.com is to be more developer and community focussed, we have resources dedicated to RDR2 modding which are both community contributed and also some knowledge based on our own discoveries during development of our home-grown mods (like LML, RDRFR, etc). We like to think we're a bit more open too, for example, downloaders do not need an account to download mods from RDR2Mods.com. We understand this has both its postives and negatives though. I'd personally recommend you check both, that way you don't miss anything 😄
  7. Which version of the game are you running? Patterns are failing to resolve which would suggest you may be running an outdated (unsupported) copy?
  8. you don't. Modding is mostly reserved to PC.
  9. Please update to the latest version of the game.
  10. Try replacing version.dll in your game folder with the one here:
  11. Late reply - sorry, but at this time all of the strings are hard-coded. We will try and look at this in future when we get the chance, and it would be great to get translation help at that time.
  12. Update to the latest version of RDR2.
  13. Replace the version.dll file that comes with this mod with the one here and you won't crash: It works absolutely fine for me on the current game build.
  14. ? No, each mod with an install.xml goes into it's own folder under the lml directory.

    RDR2 Title Update 1436.31

Perhaps you are using an older version.dll? If you have version.dll, overwrite it with the one from the ASI loader linked in the article.
  16. Rockstar's latest patch for Red Dead Redemption 2, 1.0.1436.31 has caused many popular RDR2 modifications to stop working. This is expected for game updates, but this particular patch has caused slightly more problems than usual. Why has the Title Update broken my mods? Rockstar makes patches to RDR2 mainly to improve the stability and to add content to Red Dead Online. We don't think Rockstar makes these patches to deliberately impact singleplayer modding, however, singleplayer modding can often be a victim of changes Rockstar make to keep Red Dead Online safer from cheaters. You can read the patch notes of this update here. What do I need to update and what can I update? In the latest update, virtually all modding tools need an update to work with this version. This includes Lenny's Mod Loader, our ASI loader (version.dll), Scripthook RDR2 and RAGE Plugin Hook 2, which is used in our RDRFR sheriff mod. All of these modifications have now been updated for this Title Update. Updates are now available for Lenny's Mod Loader and our ASI loader -- you can find these in our Tools section. Make sure to install these, as they are necessary for a lot of other file-based RDR2 modifications to work. Scripthook RDR2 has been updated for this version, you can find it here. Scripthook RDR2 is necessary for a lot of script-based RDR2 modifications to work. Most of our home grown modifications, like Lenny's Simple Trainer, RDR2 Outfit Changer and Pimp My Horse do not need an update. However, please make sure you're using the latest version.dll from the ASI loader. These mods include an outdated version.dll which will cause your game to crash. RDRFR will require an update. RDRFR has now been updated, and you can download the update here. My game crashes or infinitely loads, how can I fix this? Make sure your using the latest version of Lenny's Mod Loader, as well as the latest ASI loader. Certain mods can include, for example, version.dll so installing them may overwrite your updated version of that file with an outdated one. We've also heard of some conflicts, for example, Disable Out Of Bounds Snipers (NoInvisibleSnipers.asi) causing infinite loading for some people. If you're still having issues, you can get more support on our Discord server or if you'd prefer, on the RDR2 Mods Discussion forum.

    Hey all

    Welcome to the community @DirePanda
  18. Those settings would have absolutely no effect on your Scripthook, so you might have other issues going on there.
  19. This is a single-player modification, like LSPDFR.
  20. Use the following link instead: http://www.dev-c.com/rdr2/scripthookrdr2/ Note the http. I don't think it likes https.
  21. How these things usually work is that if a modder is particularly interested, they will work on it. By the looks of it, a modder hasn't really had much interest (RedM exists and for most people satisfies this need). It might be worth spending some time looking into this yourself to see how doable this is if RedM doesn't meet your needs. There are a decent amount of modders here and in the Discord server who would most likely be happy to provide pointers, but I don't think there's anyone interested at this time in doing it all by the looks of things.
