    so uh. I need your help. When I click extract to the files. They go to my downloads tab but idk how to find them pls help

    Hello, I'm really new to modding Red Dead Redemption 2. (I started a couple days ago) I have two mods I want to have but I can only get them from Nexus. They're Basic Needs and Injuries Overhaul. I'm not sure where to put them. They come out as one of these (photo listed below) If someone could help me I'd be greatly appreciated.
