Can we spawn the Warhorse through the trainer mods regardless if game was pre ordered or not ?

Yes, all assets can be spawned using the trainer.

what is the code for this horse ? couldnt find it 

@Sniper296 has found quite a few of them and is working on organizing them I think, so hopefully we can share them soon.

also another small thing - the multiplayer femal model doesnt have chest\torso\legs textures ....and using certain animal models makes the game crash while doing certain actions like using first person with the eagle

That's perfectly fine, just the way R* created the default model. As for animals, that's fine too, happens for everyone since they are not really meant to be used that way.
