I added each gang member's model (CS_mrsadler for example) to "bodyguards=" in the lst.ini file and most of them are in their winter outfit when spawned in-game. I’ve been using that one but it’s buggy and, excuse my harshness, inferior to LMS’, but should be 100% capable to fulfill what you’re aiming for.
