The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play RDRFR, can be found inside the RDRFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
It worked the first time I launched it but then now it won't.
Clean copy with only RDRFR, admin, turned off real time protection(Windows Defender), re-installing 2x, launching RAGE while the game is on the landing page, and none of this has worked, Ive found 2 other posts about this but neither of them have the answer.
