Howdy! This is perhaps not possible, but how can I change an NPC's appearance or clothes? I don't mean making the PC take on an NPC's appearance, but rather (for instance) turning the Valentine bartender into Javier.

Swapping out a model (Bartender for Javier) would require a bit more work since you need to replace the model in the corresponding script. Changing the clothing of an existing NPC should be quite simple, all the outfit natives etc. will work fine.

Thank you for your response, and for your work on these mods I have enjoyed greatly! How would I change the clothes of an existing NPC? I don't know how to select an NPC person walking down the street to make changes to them.

I am not sure if there is a mod currently that lets you change the outfit of a selected ped. My statement was more regarding what could technically work.
