[MOD REQUESTED] shoot while running

So i always wanted a mod that makes you shoot while running  like npc does without a slow down. 
SUGGESTED CONTROLS FOR IT: (to perform this action u will need hold run button(can be performed with single tap), and then press attack(left mouse button) 
i really really want a mod like this, but unfortunently i don't know how to script;(
REMINDER: (IF SOMEONE IS REALLY GONNA MAKE THIS MOD, MAKE YOUR OWN CONTROLS, I JUST SUGGESTED MINE) i hope someone will do this:3
