Give NPCS modern firearms with modern weapon mods

heya, would anyone ought to know whether it is possible to give/spawn enemies or npcs with the modern weapon mods that the player can use. e.g. ak-47 or ar15 mod (automatic weapons and whatnot) and use it against the player. Is this possible to implement in a trainer or something or would you have to create a mod that affects the loadoutmeta files and change it like that with custom weapon mods. thanks 🙂
