Posted April 6, 20232 yr So I am completely new with any modding of rdr2, so I might just be makling a dumbn mistake here. But I have followed several tutorials but nothing really worked for me, I have the steam version of rdr2. Even if I open up my game LML says it's waiting. How do I fix this? . I have a screenshot of my folder down below. Am I really that big of an idiot?
April 6, 20232 yr What happens when you launch the game? Do you get any log files in your game folder, such as vfs.log?
April 6, 20232 yr Author I tried the administrator thing, but then rockstar claims I don"t own the game Edited April 6, 20232 yr by bruggenlegger

April 7, 20232 yr You said in your initial post "Even if I open up my game". Can you still open your game now or does it no longer start?
April 7, 20232 yr That's fine, you only need the connection if you want to load new mods in an already running game.

July 27, 20231 yr What does that mean? I have an lml folder in the directory and can download and install mods but when I launch the LML Mod Manager application I get a message saying that ModManager.Core.dll is missing from the game directory even though it really isn't...
August 13, 2024Aug 13 I FUCKIVG HATE A CREATOR OF THIS SHIT. I COPY ALL FILES EVERYWHERE, EVEN IN ROOT GAME DIRECTORY. I TRIED EVERY WAYS TO FIX THIS SHITT AND IT STILL NO WORKING. WHEN I FUCKING RUNNING RDR2 THIS FUCKING LENNY MOD LOADER JUST DOESNT SEE THAT I RUNNING RDR2. FUVK U ALL
August 13, 2024Aug 13 Your making it more complicated then what it is. Install lml itself manually, that means whatever mod that uses lml you should have a folder in your main directory that says lml Install the mod into that lml folder, thats it, the game loads it. I use about 15+ lml mods and have no issues, again use it manually, dont use the loader. My Utube Channels Gunter Severloh (Arma 3) Gunter Severloh RDR2 RDR2 Mod - Bandit Hideouts Mod - This mod adds 134 bandit hideouts, 46 ambush locations to RDR2, and More! RDR2 Mod - Hired Guns Mod - Hire up to 9 gunmen at saloons to travel, and protect you from predators and bandits!
November 24, 2024Nov 24 Hey, so I’m having some issues with the mods not working. I’ve been following the tutorials, I have lml downloaded and so on, but when I open lml it just says “waiting for game” and it doesn’t seem to connect? Maybe I’m just bad at mods but I’ve been trying to fix it and it just won’t work
January 12Jan 12 Mines broken too, the game runs perfectly and i've followed all of the instructions, the vsi and lml is in the rdr2 steam folder, the game starts and plays , but it says "waiting for game" and doesn't actually run the mods
