Rampage Trainer - rolling up sleeves, clipping gloves

Could you explain how do I roll up sleeves in Rampage Trainer without using camp? Whenever I use camp wardrobe, it reverts to my default game outfit, and I need the one I assemled in Rampage Trainer with rolled up sleeves.

 

Also, If I create an outfit without a shirt on, the gloves are clipping with fingers. And sometimes torso becomes invisible. Is there a way to fix it?
