I am very excited the come comes out tommorow but does anybody knows which time it will be playable? Exact 00:00 hours?

Been searching for an answer to this and haven't found a single thing piece of info

Rockstar Games is based in Edinburgh. My guess would be 12:00 AM on the 5th of November, their time. Not sure though, just taking a guess really.

There is no official statement yet. I'd assume either around midnight CET or around noon on Tuesday, which is when they usually release their online updates.

It's out now. You should be able to decrypt the files if you have it preloaded.
