Edit clothes warmth

I'd like to know what's to edit to remove the warmth of a cloth (the western vest from Whyem's DLC).

I'd love to be able to edit those too, if anyone knows how. Whyem's has a ton of stuff in it - the closed cowboy coat with a jojongo looks cool as hell, but doesn't provide enough warmth to trudge up into the mountains and snow with.
