VolaticWolf 17
I don't know if this topic is the right one for it but i hope it is. So... Today i realized that with the new RDO: Blood Money DLC update, Rockstar Games suddenly separated the update.rpf into 4 parts and the whole update.rpf itself is now deleted. All x64 folder files and other folders inside x64 like data, anim, cloth, camera etc are located in update_4.rpf and stuff like visualsettings.dat, common, data, ai, action folders and files are located in update_1.rpf. Scripts are located in update_2.rpf and language rpf packages are now located in update_3. This is what i officially said on my discord server: "just a quick announcement to people who install mods using the replace folder instead of automatic installer and also a quick announcement to the modders (if some of you here do mod ofc). Rockstar Games has now changed and separated update.rpf's folder structure. All the x64 folders and files (including physicstasks.ymt, more ymt files, camera, cloth, data folders) are located in update_4.rpf and common, data, action, ai, visualsettings.dat etc are located in update_1.rpf. If you confused on why the mods don't work on your replace folder is because there is no update.rpf anymore. Files like script folders and script.rpf's are located in update_2.rpf and language strings are located in update_3.rpf. Thought i'd update y'all on this, have an awesome day everyone" Preview of these 4 update rpf's so you can understand much clearer to what im talking about cuz i might be talking stuff on some parts that is very confusing and i apologize for my english This means that all mods that use the update folder ( Like VideoTech's rdr 1 start up intro mod etc) need to be renamed to the correct name which for that mod is from update to update_1. Other mods that use the x64 folder (for example euphoria physics mods) needs to create an update_4 folder and put the x64 folder to there. I thought i'd say something about this change that Rockstar Games made to the game's update.rpf structure since now it's gone and now there is only 4 parts of update. Hope you understand what im saying and have an amazing day to everybody who reads this.
