The mod loader causes small drops in fps and some stuttering in my game. Any ideas/solutions?

Since all file operations are intercepted, there will be an overhead but it should be insignificant. Perhaps it is the drive lookup that is slow for you. Are you perhaps not on a SSD?

It's not on my ssd you're right. I guess I could try that. Thanks for the quick response! I really like the loader so I want to use it.

Hi! That fixed it! Moving everything over fixed the lag and fps drops. You Sir are a genius!

hey I'm also having this problem except, I can't move it to my SSD because it doesn't have enough room, any fixes would be greatly appreciated.

what's an ssd

An ssd is a type of harddrive. I'm not a tech expert, but it's basiclly a faster harddrive. At least compared to an HDD, which is like the standard harddrive. 

 

i do not have an ssd. When i use lml my fps gets from  something around 40 fps to 16-25 fps. What should i do to solve this? ( i have optimized my hd space to see if i get any improvement. don't know the result yet.)

 

my thing is not working i keep dropping more fps even tho im on a gaming pc its not working right
