RDR2 General Discussion

After downloading the whyem dlc mod, I deleted it after a while, after which Hosea and Dutch simply did not pick up fishing rods in the new south mission, and when they tried to finish fishing, the mission simply hung up. I tried to delete all files related to mods from the folder, reinstalled the game, but with no results. Apparently, it's about the save, but I don't want to lose my precious progress. Does anyone know how to save my save? Is there any way, for example, to transfer my progress from one save to another?

Hi all, I don't want to write a whole paragraph so I'll get straight to the point. First off I love using the bow and arrow in this game it's really satisfying but I can't help my self to be very annoyed everytime I fire off a arrow that just bounces of the npc if it's not a killing blow. I have tested this with all the arrows. so I will make a small list below of what I've experienced. Normal Arrows: Bounces off npc's when it's not a killing blow. Director Mode, or something else? Playing as certain animals (deer and boar are the two I've found so far) let you perform misc animations I've never seen before with circle, drink at water sources with triangle and attack with the right trigger. All animals now move with the same control scheme as horses; tapping X for different speeds and R1 to slow to a stop. Is this something new with animals in general, or Lenny's trainer? Does anyone know if there is a way I can launch RDR2 without internet connection? I bought this game on steam for an upcoming deployment and realized it could not launch due to the verification process. I know GTA V has the same issue but the No_GTAVLauncher mod works fine to bypass it. Does RDR2 have something similar?

Hi folks I'm having this really weird issue that is confusing the hell out of me. Whenever I use my keyboard, fe the WASD keys, as soon as I take my finger off I will continue to move for a good 5-10 seconds. In this time I cannot interrupt the last action of the keys, so if I press w for a few seconds, then I press esc, I will have to wait roughly 10 seconds before the menu pops up. Completely unplayable. Everything works completely fine when plugging in a controller though! I was hoping to play with my keyboard though as I'm shite with controllers. Anyone come across a similar issue here? no other games are effected so it isn't a malfunctioning keyboard.…

Why when I use the photo mode in-game it looks sharp and nice in 1080p but the moment I check them in the social club gallary thing they look alot more compressed ???

I have been replaying the rdr2 story with mods for a bit now, but all of a sudden, every time I open the game, whenever the shotgun opening screen appears, my game freezes and crashes. I have looked at so many fixes and have contacted Rockstar Support. They have given me multiple fixes that have yet to work. I have updated my drivers, my computer entirely and disabled and updated my firewall. I don't think it is any of my mods, because I haven't installed any new mods before I started replaying with mods. I don't know what to do. Any help?

Hello, My game freezes for a second every few seconds. I've tried many fixes and so far the only concrete fix is reinstalling the game every time the issue comes up, which is not a good solution. My game is modded, but I had no issues the previous night. I added Bandit Hideouts this morning and the game started stuttering again. I removed it to see if it was the problem but the stutter remains. I tried the Stutter Fix mod with several of the files and it didn't help. Hello everyone, I hope you can help me with this. When installing/uninstalling mods, I get an error where I can't save the game manually or automatically. I checked the game files with steam and everything is fine. I tried deleting the save game and starting a new one, downloading a save from the internet and sometimes it works, but when I add and remove mods, the same thing happens again. Has anyone had the same problem or have any idea what it could be?

Hi, my RDR2 doesn't start with the LML files, I installed I requirements, and I use rampage as mod menu, it still doesn't work. I don't know if it's because of my RDR2 build, I'm on build "1436.28" What LML version should I use to get it to work? Maybe that's the problem

Hi all Today, Aug 22, 21, I spent many hours trying to find out why my game was crashing. The Rockstar 'Ad' message was loading twice, but so was the game. They want us to sign in to our Amazon Prime Accounts to Link to our Rockstar accounts. They want to sell the Online version on Amazon, and so to with their other games. I do not play Online ever. Loading multiple copies uses double memory. Using Task Manager, I found that when I unload one launcher, it simply loads more. I've had four copies of the launcher loaded at once! Amazon chat said contact Rockstar. I put in a bug report.

Are there seasons in the game? There is snow, but are there time-based seasons? This would be a great mod. It should be player regulated so that seasons won't last forever or end quickly. Existing mods already let you alter the weather, we just need it automated. Please.
