Does anyone know how to edit train configurations? I used openiv to get the levels_01/levels/rdr3/trainconfigs.ymt, copied to xml and made a lml for it. I might have the install path wrong but dont know what it should be. Does the file need to stay a ymt file, if so can anyone send a file convert method.

Hey folks ! 😎 What do you guys think about recent speculations on gtaforum ? Someone just found newly added flags on game files with last update, flags which says "dirmode". Could that be it guys ? I hope so, for me it's the only missing feature in RDR2. But on the other hand i know Rockstar don't give a shit on anything that isn't related to RDO, so yeah.. what do you think guys ? Can we expect Director Mode in future updates ?

Do Arthur's stabled horses stay there for John, or do they just leave the world and you have to acquire them again.

Do player0 and player3 have npc dialogue and how do i enable it. I have spawned extra player0s and player3s and they do not reply or interact with me when i greet them. They do sometimes curse if run into them though.

Im tired of playing as Arthur just to see John and I'm just lasy.

The game runs at ~60 fps at all times, even in Saint Denis at night (55-60). But whenever there's a sunset, or moonlight in the forrest, with godrays thru foggy air, especially in Van Horn forrests near the river, I get FPS drops to 45 and even 40 in worst cases. Any fixes? I play on RTX 3060 12GB, high/ultra settings, FSR 2.1.2. Ultra Quality. Even if I lower FSR quality, the frame drop dynamics is still the same, except it looses less frames.

So, my game had been constantly crashing on and off and I just could not figure it out. UNTIL I read about the memory leak issue that Red Dead sometimes has. I now know it's 100% a real thing because I've experienced it and I've also fixed the issue. I have Aida 64, a sensor panel which allows me to monitor various things while I'm gaming such as FPS, CPU & GPU Temps, Usage, RAM Usage, Network Signal, etc, etc, etc. So I noticed my RAM usage was always really high and this lead me to search about RAM issues online. every time i go to playt the game, it freezes but when i go to close it via task manager, it unfreezes how do i fix that?

Hello, so i relaunched rdr2 after 1 year, made the update (5gb) and the game is not launching. (rockstar launcher) after many research i found that it was either dinput8.dll or version.dll (from asi) I saw that a moderator recommended to rename them, but if i do that, the mods are not working (game launch tho) I really don't know what to do. I tried every version.dll i'v found, nothing is working

So I'd like to know if by any chances, we can have the gang members weapons, for example : Have Javier's Double Action Revolver, Sadie Adler's Cattleman Revolver etc... Maybe by getting the hashes of the guns or something like that. I don't think the guns are dedicated to the ped model because i tried to change my ped model to Javier, tried to spawn his revolver but nothing. And i don't have any clue now of how we could get the guns ( if we can of course). Thanks for reading thru ! If you have an answer please do not hesitate and post it !

Hey all.. If there is anyone out there who is able to make a mod so that there are more O'Driscolls, Lemoyne Raiders and / or regular bandits and scum out on patrol / roaming around.. That would be great !! i'm getting kinda tired of doing bad things to good people..I could easily get a crapton of more hours out of the game that way, I love nothing more than to beat up and kill some rival gang members or nutjobs. I really hope any modmaker could read and produce this, that would be wicked ! And make my life any i hope others aswell very happy with this.. Thank you! I'm in the 4th chapter already and Bill and Lenny aren't making the requests as they should. Bill simply refuses to sit in the chair, and Lenny doesn't initiate the conversation at the campfire. probably when they started to request items in the past chapters I completely ignored or could be a (one more) bug. does anyone know of any mod or method to fix this issue? thanks in advance for any assistance!

I can't change clothes of the npc model. Become transparent or overlap clothes. Is there any way I can change Npc's clothes? And how can I summon npc instead of player?

Blurry and low-res bushes on the right half of the screenshot, whilst the bushes that're further away from me on the left half of the screen are high quality. This also affects trees, sadly. On the boulder just over the shadow line, the textures are noticeably low-res, the boulder on the left of the screenshot also has the same low-res quality, but when I move forward just a little bit, the textures on that boulder suddenly pop-in and become high-res. Look at how broad of a difference in resolution and detail there is between the center of this plateau, and the top of it.
