Hello all you talented modders. A small request. I noticed that horses can't take shelter out of the weather. A perfect exampl is Chez Porter. Nice barn but horse can't enter do to some type of invisible barrier. Even in areas where the horses can fit under. I mean Arthur loves his horse and would like to keep him healthy too. Thank for taking the time to read this. I sure would make me happy.

Hi, i play on the Steam version and i use to play the story with "FWOC - Fast Walking Outside Camp"2.0 and the game use to crash some time but i could play 30 hours. But when i arrive to Saint denis the game crash every time, after few minutes. In begenning i thought the scrithook was the cause but i reboot entirely my windows 11 and the game continue to crash every time i try to play. For information i do not use the cloud save service of Rockstar launcher and just copy all my save when i have to deinstall the game or the windows. I just want to play the game and i am very lost now. In a perfect world i want to play with just this mod but i…

Guys, can anyone help me? I have various mods installed and it often happens that when entering a town the game crashes. I also tried removing dinput8.dll from the rdr2 game root folder and the crashes happen less often, but the problem still remains the same. Do you know why?

I know RDRDFR has some script that can do that, but you are forced to be a sherrif when using that mod. I wanted to be able to switch my character and still have Arthurs health and cores. Rampage trainer has a way, but when you do that it copies the componets, although the characters arms, head a body end up looking like the slendermans. Is there any mod?

i decied to use a mod called PoolManager i attached the log file below it mostly happens when i restart from my last checkpoint i know fwScriptGuid is some text in gameconfig.xml i tried to up the value but i cant edit it with openiv I just installed a lml mod called A Modest Memory Pool Booster that edited gameconfig.xml it did not replace it so the original is still intact Sorry if all this information or lack of information is not very cohesive as i am half asleep PoolManager_Crash.log

followed install instructions exactly as posted on the mods nexus yet most of more pretty guns are locked I cant access the skull lantern or the jawbone knife in red dead offline either, I do have the outlift changer installed as well

Many prefer Arthur's closed Shotgun Coat though it turns out the closed feature is actually tied to the gun belt. Unobtainable Items in Wardrobe mod restores this feature by replacing the upgraded gun belt with the prologue belt- allowing the Shotgun Coat to be closed. It also gives you the option to use this belt with other outfits. While it clips through most other coats it actually looks great on jacket-less outfits. It sits much higher- including the holster. You realize how ridiculously droopy the vanilla belts fit. The problem is many features get broken. The knife/sheath and offhand holster/weapon turn invisible (not a huge deal), bullets don't show up on the belt …

The Whyem's DLC mod has been working for a while for me untill now where only the clothes, accessories, and beards ect work for me but as soon as I visit a barber and click on the Whyem's hairstyles the game crashes showing and FFFFF error and dosent state anything else idk why all of a sudden this is happening can someone please help me. This would be greatly appreaciated, thank you.

Stutter fix mod causes crashes I've played the game for a long time with the stutter fix mod with a 3070 (zero crashes despite hours and hours of playtime). I was using the 90000 version. Now, I've upgraded to a 4070 Ti Super, and I was greeted by my first FFFFFFFF crash ever in the first 30 minutes of playing with the new gpu.. doubling the value did not help. The vram usage would go to 13-14GB, then it would stop rising, then perhaps it would after some time raise by a few more MBs and then there would be the crash.. I figured this mod was not safe to use since I started using it, but it really seemed to work fine on the 3070..

Hello, I recently installed the 'needs' mod for RDR2 and some interactions like sitting at a fire, or taking a drink of water, or sleeping, make my game go from 80-90fps down to around 24fps. I uninstalled the mod and the issue disappeared. Is there some file or change I need to make to fix this? Thank you.

I have reduced the bloom for every weapon to my preference in the weapons.ymt file, however for some reason the ymt files for the 1899 and the LeMat, editing the same lines does not reduce the bloom, and I was wondering if there is anything I am missing, as the elephant, and the navy ymts have accepted the changes.

I have been having troubles with configuring the settings for how many bandits are spawning in hide outs. The default is fine but even when I set the reinforcements chance to 5 they keep on spawning in, its likely I'm doing something wrong and I just wanted some help on how to configure this mod properly as it seems very fun. I am trying to figure out what line of code correlates with which horses NPC's compliment. The arabian, MFT, & turkomans always get compliments. I have dehashed the horse .ymt files trying to find a specific line of code that is consistent with this trait but I cannot for the life of me figure it out. I assume it would either be 100 for yes, 0 for no. I am starting to think it is related to the breed itself, & not the individual horses. If anyone has figured this out or can figure this out, please let me know.

Does anyone know how to edit train configurations? I used openiv to get the levels_01/levels/rdr3/trainconfigs.ymt, copied to xml and made a lml for it. I might have the install path wrong but dont know what it should be. Does the file need to stay a ymt file, if so can anyone send a file convert method.

Hello boys, there is this one mission in which Arthur gets kidnapped and has to free himself from a cellar and escape the enemy camp. During this mission there is a short part in which the player has to crawl (with blurred vision and such). Does anyone know how we could trigger this mode via script? BR HJ

Havent found such a mod yet. The game taking away your weapon when you get off your horse in towns or camps is annoying.It messes up my loadout settings and gets me into a situation where I have to fight many enemies but with only two revolvers.

I want to request a mod that limits simultaneous camp dialogue triggers to only occur one at a time or close to it. When Arthur is in the gang's camp in free-roam, there are interactions between the other members of Dutch's gang that will trigger from proximity simultaneously without concern about if the player can possibly hear it. For instance in Chapter 2, Bill could be taunting Kieran in one area of the camp while Hosea and Lenny are having a deep conversation about life in another part of the camp, and Dutch is getting ready to give a speech.
