I'm attempting to find out if anyone has created a script of some sort that disables the free weapons in the special/Ultimate Edition of RDR2, seeing how I haven't found anyone who's created anything like that I am also looking for anyone who can help me in creating a script such as this to help disable it, if anyone can assist me I would appreciate it.

  2. I'm trying to change the corner of the screen that the minimap is located. I feel like it must be edited in the following file data>UI>widgets.rpf>hud>minimap.ymt. I'm realizing i know very little about how positioning of UI elements work in RDR2 files. I suppose rage__GridChildParams is probably a good place to start. Do anyone of you know where i could find more information on how the grid position works in general? relevant screenshot below:

  3. A mod to prevent the game's spawn of a horse if yu die with no unstabled horse.

    I do not have version.dll only the dinput8.dll and that is it beside my lml mods and no asi mods, I thought it only happened due to version.dll. Do I need to just remove everything or something is wrong on my end? Thank you

    Just looking for some help with some minor things: 1. I've got the Metal Detector in SP mod, but cannot find the metal detector for sale at any of the fences. I get the prompt that tells me there are Collectibles in the area to be found with the metal detector, but I do not seem to have it available for purchase, nor is it present in my weapon wheel. Any tips? 2. Is there a way to edit the Satchel capacity limits? In the end game playing as John, and the mods I have make it almost infinitely playable, but I'd like to be able to limit my satchel so that I have a reason to go hunting, shopping, etc rather than walking around with 99 of everything. …

  6. Ever wanted to hunt animals in out-of-bounds regions like Tempest Rim, Nuevo Paraíso, or the "Northern Grizzlies". Did ya want more variety in the locales you've been visiting? But ya weren't as interested in doing so because of the animal AI being deactivated. This mod is definitely for you. This suggested mod plans to restore out-of-bounds areas with animals that aren't motionless even when you approach them in the mentioned regions.

  7. I just want to disable the NPCs that spawn specifically to witness your crimes. I don't want to completely disable the witness system. If a regular NPC happens by and decides to run off to tell the law, fine. Is there a mod that does only this, or else how can I create one? Which values in which meta files would I need to edit? All help appreciated. Thank you.

  8. I started changing data in the catalog_sp.ymt file and a lot of things work. But the Varmint Ammo is now free in game eventhough (correct?) values are set.     Hello all you talented modders. A small request. I noticed that horses can't take shelter out of the weather. A perfect exampl is Chez Porter. Nice barn but horse can't enter do to some type of invisible barrier. Even in areas where the horses can fit under. I mean Arthur loves his horse and would like to keep him healthy too. Thank for taking the time to read this. I sure would make me happy.

  11. I've been using the CREATE_CAM and RENDER_SCRIPT_CAMS natives, but it disables DLSS. Does anyone know how you can avoid that?

  12. I am not sure how far people have investigated this one, and I am wondering how it might be achievable if at all. Personally i do like the idea of being able to watch and identify animals, but I dislike how you are automatically shown the type and pelt quality after you identify one of an animal type. If there could be a way to just force it to always show "bird" instead of the type and pelt when aiming for example. I had thought if possible some way remove the identifying effect after skinning and picking up animals might be one roundabout way (leaving the only way to identify them to study them), another similar thought would be to somehow remove whatever fl…

  13. Put in the Liar's Dice, Arm Wrestling, Horseshoe-throwing, nightwatch, and cattle ranching mini-games from RDR1. Whether you replace mini-games that're already in the game, or give these mini-games unique locations to play them.

I suggest someone to give black bears similar behavior to grizzlies, holding your ground prevents them from attacking (yu cud try removing this feature from grizzlies, as a grizzly in real life may hardly be influenced by that action). This gives sum justification for yer hors to be scared, it gets scared from black bears despite it never attacking a human nor horse in the vanilla game. But yu shud make this a chance, not a guaranteed attack like the grizzly.

    What are the chances of getting a mod focused on controlling some aspects of how animals act in game. For example Animals moving faster (a speed scale for animals) Animals being more sensitive to smell Animals going into sprint panic mode more often and for longer Injured/dying animals travelling further Chances they will run away when called Controls over the items they give when skinned (or chances for items not to spawn) Some are probably more doable than others, but any would be great. Similar to Far Cry 2, this can occur at any time when attempting to fire a gun when it's in poor condition, this should remove the damage and accuracy penalty of the base game's system where your gun's bullets lose power simply because the exterior of the gun is filthy. Spam the reload button on your keyboard to un-jam the weapon. When your gun jams enough times it will be internally damaged, then you should go to a gunsmith and get it repaired at a cost of course. Eventually, if you continue to use your damaged gun it will break/explode in your hands, with a chance of damaging you. Then it's recommended to buy the weapon again from a gunsmith.

  20. When replaying a mission on rdr2 it resets you to the default (i assume) outfit for arthur and john. It makes arthur wear the gunslinger outfit and resets your hair length and style to the default i was wondering if its possible to make a mod which allows you to use your current outfit insted of the default that it resets you to when replaying the mission

    hello i need your help im using LST and red dead off line im sure these mods are one of the best mod ever i seen but after install LST, i have a little problem if i clear one mission(side or main), campaign mission not appearing on map(that mean i cant play next campaign mission) only when i sleep and wake up can play the next mission(or restart game) i think these problems all come from version.dll when i remove this file everything gonna fine does anyone have the same problem as me? or if you have a solution please tell me.. thank you for reading this poor sentence im not good at english

  23. Apologies if this has been asked for before, or if it already exists in another mod, but searches keep turning up the hot coffee mod, which isn't what I'm looking for. What I'd like to see in small camps is the ability to have Arthur/John be able to stand up from the campfire after brewing a pot of coffee and walk around with a cup like Arthur can in the Van der Linde camps in the main story. Call it a silly miniscule detail, but there's a certain comfort I'd get in the mornings at the Van der Linde camps where Arthur could pour a cup and wander around, taking a few drinks before he'd toss the rest of it.
