can you make it so it spawns peds?

I tried this mod and it is actually quite funny. It causes tremendous amounts of lag for me, but I already average about only 45-50fps anyway, plus I was in Saint Denis. Still, I disabled auto-save, enabled the mod, and had fun messing with it lmao

The mod is pretty fun, but it's a bit frustrating to have to exit the game to turn off the rioting. Using the same controls doesn't appear to toggle anything; once it's on, then that shit is ON.

Wonder if the recent update broke it then because it worked fine for me when I was playing with the mod...

I've never been able to disable either riot modes by pressing the same hotkey, and have had to reboot the game  to turn off the mod ever since it originally dropped on Nexus - LONG before the recent update in question unfortunately. 

I mean, it works, but just doesn't seem to want to deactivate in-game.

please add an option to make npcs only fight eachother and not the player, and also option for them to fight eachother unarmed no melee weapons or guns

even after turning it off and deleting the mod and restarting progress and still makes the peds/npcs fight me

The mod keeps activating even though i don't press the activation button, is there a fix to this?
