Some anti-virus software programs mark Lenny's Simple Trainer as a virus. This is known as a false-positive. Lenny's Simple Trainer makes extensive use of memory hooking to achieve a lot of what it does, which can look malicious to anti-virus software.
Additionally, Lenny's Simple Trainer was one of the first script modifications created for RDR2 PC, and uses it's own scripthook, which increase the amount of memory hooking used and thus false positive detection potential.
If your anti-virus marks Lenny's Simple Trainer as unsafe or you have odd issues running Lenny's Simple Trainer, you will either need to exclude Lenny's Simple Trainer files (refer to your antivirus documentation for more details) or you will have to disable the anti-virus software.

Lenny's Simple Trainer is a mod for Red Dead Redemption II that lets you do a bunch of awesome things in RDR 2, including clear your current wanted level, give yourself money, and much more.  If you've ever wanted to play as a wolf, soar in the skies as an eagle or have a personal bodyguard, then this is the mod for you.

 

If upgrading from a previous version, always use the new lst.ini file.

 

Features

  • Play as any character model and easily switch between your favourites.
  • Teleport to anywhere on the map, including your current waypoint.
  • Nudge yourself forward through locked doors and walls.
  • Change & pause the time of day.
  • Change & freeze the weather.
  • Give yourself any weapon in the game!
  • Clear your wanted level.
  • Never wanted setting.
  • Toggle godmode on or off.
  • Give yourself unlimited amounts of money!
  • Change the game's timecycle speed.
  • Quickly spawn a new horse to use.

  • Load multiplayer only weapons, such as the Navy Revolver (Set LoadMPWeapons to true in the ini, please note that this can cause severe side effects due to how we hack in the weapons)

Controls

F5: PRESS to open or close the Trainer Menu.
F11: PRESS to teleport to waypoint. 
F12: Log your current position (and some other info) to the logfile.  Also works on peds/entites you target.

NumPad 0: HOLD and PRESS Left/Right/Up/Down/PgUp/PgDn to nudge the player, forward, up, left, backwards, etc.  Go through doors with this.

 

Menu controls:

  • Up/Down to navigate the menu vertically.
  • Left/Right to change item options.
  • Enter to select an option.
  • Backspace to return to the previous page.

 

Bodyguard controls:

  • Hold and Release F9 to make your bodyguards regroup with you.
  • Hold F9 to dismiss all of your bodyguards.
  • Aim at a Ped and Press 1 to make all bodyguards attack them.
  • Aim at a Ped and Press 2 to make the closest bodyguard attack them.
  • Aim at a Ped and Press 3 to make the closest bodyguard lasso them.
  • Aim at a Ped and Press 4 to make them enter your vehicle.
  • Press 5 to make your bodyguards hold their current position.

 

Eagle gunship controls:

  • Aim at a Ped and Press F8 to make the eagle attack them.

 

Installation
All you need to do is drag the files into your game root folder - the one where RDR 2 is installed.

When the game launches, you should hear a few beeping sounds, indicating that the trainer is loaded.
Do not attempt to play Online with this trainer.  Remove all files from your game folder before playing Online.

Do not save your game as a changed character model.  We recommend that you disable autosaves before using this trainer.

Character models, bodyguard models, weapon models, settings and teleport positions can be customized in the lst.ini file while the game is running:

 

Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble running Lenny's Simple Trainer, please check the log file. If you see "System.OutOfMemoryException: STATUS_NO_MEMORY: Failed to allocate memory", please download this fix to your game root directory: www.mod-rdr.com/EasyHookPatch.zip

 

If you do not get a logfile, please launch the game as administrator and make sure the folder is writable!

 

Please don't upload or redistribute this mod, link here instead so that everyone has the most up to date version.

i have been having trouble changing my model to mp characters. Can someone tell me if there is a solution or the trainer just needs an update

Trainer needs an update. The moonshiners update for some reason has broken switching to mp models. Dev team will keep us posted on any progress they make fixing this, assuming and hoping it can be fixed to begin with. Will probably need OpenIV to update to be compatable with RDR2 before this can be fixed though.

Don't know if it's a pre-existing problem or if it's just me, but when I want to dismiss bodyguards when spawned with holding f9 it doesn't work, I have to go into the menu to dismiss them.

Any solutions?

Does anyone have issues with Max horse bond option? I press enter, but nothing seems to be happening. Bond is still at Lvl 1.

You need to ride your horse a few meter/miles whatever

    Is there a possibility to increase the worlds time (not day/night cycle)? You can change the TimeScaleModifier in the .ini file to a number lower than 1 to slow the game down, like slow motion. But if I increase the value over 1 it doesn't speed up the game. So does that not work, or is it impossible to speed up the entire game, not just the day/night cycle.

    Hey lads

     

    Tried installing the mod just now, dropped everything into game dir, as i was supposed to do.

    Once i chose story mode and the loading screen is doing it's thing, the game crashes.

     

    I tried removing scripthook by alexander blades (if easyhook was to collide with that one for some reason?) but it still crashes. Tried reinstalling the mod, still crashes...

    @LMS The time scale option only works for <= 1.0 - any increase over 1.0 has no effect and the speed stays normal. WeMod suffers a similar issue as in that the speed up only lasts for a faint moment, but the latter alone should mean that a "fast forward" feature should be implementable. Would you look into that? Anyway, depending on where you live: Merry Christmas! Edit: This would especially be useful for story parts of the game where your allies move in abysmal speed, that's really the worst about the game.

    @SOSO1286 You  wouldn't happen to be in the end game, would you? If not than ignore the spoiler, but if you are take a look for a potential fix. As far as I can tell, the logs there aren't revealing anything useful for troubleshooting sadly.

    OK so anyone having problems with mp_male and mp_female, I found a solution! Instead of using those models use CS_genstorymale and CS_genstoryfemale. The models are blue but once you start changing components in Outfit Changer everything seems to be ok.

    Trainer worked flawlessly for about a 4 hour session last night. Saved my game, exited and then quit the game. Now when I go to load the Story mode to the only save I have, the game crashes. Still makes the beeps when starting up the game so I know the trainer is registering. Do I have a corrupted save file? I really hope that isn't the case as I don't want to make up all that progress again.

    No MP models ugh I wish they were working again and I wish the mp clothing works/fits Arthur, John too when will this issue be fixed?

    Also having the same issue and I'm not in the epilogue yet, just need to wait for them to update it I guess. Pretty sure another trainer on the site is also crashing so it's not just Lenny's Simple Trainer.

    So I deleted the trainer. The game still won't open story mode. Not sure about online but I have zero interest. The game will simply crash when loading. Then, I uninstalled the entire game and yes, reinstalled it which took hours. Went to start the game and wouldn't you know it, it's still crashing after trying to load the story mode. Something tells me my previous corrupted save must still be on my computer even though I uninstalled the game. Either that or it was perfect timing that the game just decided to not work on my computer anymore. Not sure what to do because I really love this game and the performance on my 1060 is way better than my PS4. The trainer was so much fun.

    Game is working fine for me without the trainer files inside of the folder.

    Are you switching to a different character model? if so, saving your game as a different model will corrupt your save game file. Always switch back to player_zero (arthur) or player_three (John) before saving your game.

    Actually, no - the Legendary Bullgator appears in Country pursuits, but you can't hunt it until Chapter 6. I believe it becomes hunt-able after That's Murfree Country.

    I found that you need to stable it and then take it back out. Might be workable if you put your saddle on it, I didn't test that though. And then ride for a little bit, it takes a few minutes to kick in.

    The saves could potentially be on your computer. I think the save files are under /My Documents/Rockstar Games/, check if you have that folder or anything in it.
