No Dead Eye Effects Mod 1.0.0

Yet another very simple mod removing the main screen effect when using dead eye. Drag the file into your game folder and enjoy. Please note that you need to have an ASI loader for this mod to work.

 

I have not tested this mod much (< 5 minutes), so if something else breaks, please let me know.

 

Please don't upload or redistribute this mod, link here instead so that everyone has the most up to date version.

    this also removes the xray effect from eagle eye to see animals easier, is there any way you can add this back?

    As others have mentioned, this messes with eagle eye. I love this mod, but I also like having eagle eye at my disposal. Have you attempted to resolve this? I love this mod so I sure hope so.

    +1 Great mod but losing Eagle eye flashes made me uninstall 😞 sticking to a slow mo mod until/if eagle eye is fix

    can you tell me where in the files you deleted the filters, I thought it was animpostfx in the update and data files in the game, but when I try to replace them it doesnt work for me.

    Its the animpost in update_4.rpf, so the game path should be update:/x64/data/effects/animpostfx.ymt

    Is it still impossible to get back the eagle eye effect? 

    Can't play without this mod after using it but starting to miss the eagle eye highlighting items/animals/etc
