Please note that you need to use the latest Lenny's Simple Trainer update (version 1.3 or greater) to use multiplayer models properly.

We are proud to release our latest modification for Red Dead Redemption 2: An outfit changer! Featuring all of the more than 1300 single player clothing items (and in version 0.2 all multiplayer components!), Arthur has never looked more unique. A word of caution: The component system in RDR2 is very powerful and even many parts of your skin are components which you might need to toggle to make body parts (re)appear! Please read the readme.txt file for more information on how the system works.

 

Features

  • Change clothing items in over 40 categories with over 10000 total variations!
  • Save your current outfit
  • Quickly equip saved outfits
  • Reset all your components
  • Change Ped Skin (see readme)
  •  Enable Multiplayer Assets (try changing your model to mp_male or mp_female using our trainer to access them in all your glory)
  • New! Change beard and hair length, untuck shirts and much more!
  • New! Customize menu key

 

Controls

Press F2 to open/close the Outfit Changer menu:

  • Up/Down to navigate the menu vertically.
  • Left/Right to change item options.
  • Enter to select.
  • Backspace to go back.

 

Installation
All you need to do is drag the files into your game root folder - the one where RDR 2 is installed.

  • The Outfit Changer is loaded from the same folder and shares many of the same files as Lenny's Simple Trainer but works without it.
  • When the game launches, you should hear a few beeping sounds, indicating that the mod is loaded.
  • RDR Online is not supported for modding.  Don't attempt to play Online with this mod.  Remove all files from your game folder before playing Online.

 

Configuration
Open the outfitchanger.ini file (found in your game folder) in a text editor to configure the Outfit Changer where you can:

  • Change the names of categories.
  • Name your favourite clothing items to make finding them again easier.
  • Manually edit/manage your saved outfits (although you can do this in the menu).

 

We are working on a Wiki page to document all of the clothing items.

To load any changes to the outfitchanger.ini file, use the "Reload Settings" feature in the menu.

 

Please don't upload or redistribute this mod, link here instead so that everyone has the most up to date version.

Please note that you are not permitted to sell configuration files for this mod. This mod is free and so should be your files!

    Please make it so you can put eyebrows on mp faces, like what you did for mustaches and hair other than that the mod is perfect

    To Outfit Changer, I can add clothes, hair and beard styles that are not in the menu, as well as eyebrows. Just reach out to me on Discord please.

    Hey guys! I am trying to sort the clothes in the menu because there are many that I won't be using and some I want to rename because I can only see the codes. In the .ini file, I cannot find the individual clothing to do this. Can anyone guide me on this, please?

    When i try to use the mp male and mp female clothes it doesnt work, even if i set my model to mp_male. They just dont show up and i have the latest ASI loader and lennys simple trainer installed. 
    If anyone knows a fix please let me know.

    This is a shot in the dark but does this mod break clothing temperature functionality for anyone else? Like the outfits look fine but non of my saved warm outfits appear to actually work in the cold. Always have the red snowflake icon.

    For me it was WhyEms dlc that was causing the clothes not to show up.

    is there a way to wear a mask and a hat? i feel as if it would be a neat addition instead of my hat just phasing away when i try to wear a mask

    I have both this and Lenny's simple trainer mod installed. When I press F5 it pops up both your menu and its, and I can not seem to access the controls for the trainer. Any help?

    Edit: sorry stoned as fuck. I uninstalled the other trainer that was using the f5 button. Now my body is invisible, but I'll work on figuring it out.

    Is there a way to get saved outfits to stay during/ after cutscenes? Specifically hair/ facial hair. Seems to change during every cutscene regardless of it I apply it before or during the cutscene. Only using Arthur not the mp peds.

    I found a solution.

    Can you help? I have the same problem, I switch to mp male and try to put on mp clothes, and instead it just removes what I was wearing before and the clothes dont show up, I have deleted WhyEms DLC and still the same problem, latest asi loader, lenny outfit changer n trainer, rdo, still doesnt work.

    hey y'all, i've got a few bugs and i'm wondering if there's a fix.

     

    1. i can't greet or antagonize people, my player doesn't have a voice.

    2. during missions my player switches between john and arthur's voice (i'm in epilogue)

    3. this isn't an issue with the mod but when i change to mp_male i lose all my deadeye, staminia, and health points and using rampage trainer to add points doesn't do anything.

    4. sometimes i'm unable to pick up items or interact with items

    5. my game doesn't save (autosave on), and when it does, it doesn't load correctly (replaces my horse and temp horse with other breeds or outright deletes one of them)

    Hi. I have a problem. Whenever I switch to mp_male or mp_female model the character goes into a T-pose and doesn't move anymore. Once I delete Version.dll, the issue goes away, but I can no longer use this mod.

     

    Can I use this mod without Version.dll? I already have Offline Content Unlocker which is more up-to-date.

    EDIT: Solved that issue by changing the walking style with a trainer. But I just realized that there's another problem, I can't seem to change MP_FEMALE's clothes when the mod Red Dead Offline is installed. Are they not compatible?
