Please note that you need to use the latest Lenny's Simple Trainer update (version 1.3 or greater) to use multiplayer models properly.

We are proud to release our latest modification for Red Dead Redemption 2: An outfit changer! Featuring all of the more than 1300 single player clothing items (and in version 0.2 all multiplayer components!), Arthur has never looked more unique. A word of caution: The component system in RDR2 is very powerful and even many parts of your skin are components which you might need to toggle to make body parts (re)appear! Please read the readme.txt file for more information on how the system works.

 

Features

  • Change clothing items in over 40 categories with over 10000 total variations!
  • Save your current outfit
  • Quickly equip saved outfits
  • Reset all your components
  • Change Ped Skin (see readme)
  •  Enable Multiplayer Assets (try changing your model to mp_male or mp_female using our trainer to access them in all your glory)
  • New! Change beard and hair length, untuck shirts and much more!
  • New! Customize menu key

 

Controls

Press F2 to open/close the Outfit Changer menu:

  • Up/Down to navigate the menu vertically.
  • Left/Right to change item options.
  • Enter to select.
  • Backspace to go back.

 

Installation
All you need to do is drag the files into your game root folder - the one where RDR 2 is installed.

  • The Outfit Changer is loaded from the same folder and shares many of the same files as Lenny's Simple Trainer but works without it.
  • When the game launches, you should hear a few beeping sounds, indicating that the mod is loaded.
  • RDR Online is not supported for modding.  Don't attempt to play Online with this mod.  Remove all files from your game folder before playing Online.

 

Configuration
Open the outfitchanger.ini file (found in your game folder) in a text editor to configure the Outfit Changer where you can:

  • Change the names of categories.
  • Name your favourite clothing items to make finding them again easier.
  • Manually edit/manage your saved outfits (although you can do this in the menu).

 

We are working on a Wiki page to document all of the clothing items.

To load any changes to the outfitchanger.ini file, use the "Reload Settings" feature in the menu.

 

Please don't upload or redistribute this mod, link here instead so that everyone has the most up to date version.

Please note that you are not permitted to sell configuration files for this mod. This mod is free and so should be your files!

    Ooh like that. Alright.And the adjustment in face (what you can do in online) is that possible? Or only the premade face models?

    I played around yesterday, and you are right, only the pre-made heads that you choose when creating a characther in online. 

     

    Eventually, and i know this might be a tough process, but it would be awesome to use your own made characther from online in story mode. Main reason to make awesome scenes and screenshots with your own characther. The online camera option is not satisfying enough haha and the story camera is perfect.


    I am not at all a tech lady, but is the personal online charachter settings saved somewhere? Just trying to think in solutions

    I would very much like you to add the components of the Single Player NPCs. 

    Criminals, Lemoyne, Murfree, Townsfolk etc

    Heads are too few. There are all kinds of heads in Single Player.

    Yes - indeed that would be great - like it is I improvised with the available heads my online char in the story :P

    Hey how do I switch to a fat body? Now that I think about it, I can only switch to a fat head. But If I want a fat body, I still have to end up feeding Arthur or John for like a week. Is there any way I can choose a FAT TORSO?

    Hi, Love the mod. I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but when I save an outfit that has a component from the MP clothing, that part of the outfit isn't there. I found a vest I really liked, made an outfit with it, saved the outfit, and when I select that outfit the vest is invisible.

    @LMS hi, great mods you made, but i can’t get outfit changer to work AT ALL. it just doesn’t come up when i click F2. i also want to use it with Lenny’s trainer. i need help because it’s great content and i support it.

    Some new outfits that came with the latest update are missing. When will you update them? Especially the brown armor and iron slippers of poncho and sect members. You have previously added the clothes for the Fear of the Dark content.

    Thanks a lot for this amazing mod! Really hope that it will eventually be possible to play as our online character and not just the MP preset. 

    Also, if possible, can you please add controller support for the menu navigation? It's pretty tiresome to use keyboard to scroll down the huge list of MP clothing items.

    This is an amazing mod, must have for anyone who cares about customization.

    One request though. Could you allow the saving of MP components on SP based outfits? I've made an outfit using Single Player clothes that had the Zapatero poncho from MP Cloaks, but when loading the outfit, it doesn't load the MP component.

    why does the author not answer any of the questions about pressing f2 nothing happens, and seems like there are so many people having the same issue here. if you guys can use it then someone at least answer it if the author cant. what are we even missing here damn it

    Is it possible to use the mp_male without having it actually register as "model" but as a skin (I hope this makes sense). This is because I want to actually be able to play as John (same speech options, animations, etc) but use multiplayer assets such as outfits. Thanks.

    @LMSHey man can you please make it so that the zapatero poncho doesn't clip to my player's shoulder? I don't even really care about the other ponchos just this one 🙂. Its probably an easy fix as all you have to do is make sure that the poncho sits a little higher on the shoulders as everything else looks fine. Keep up the good work! You're a gift to the RDR2 modding community!

    I hope you won't leave the mod that way. Without this mod, we would only spawn and kill people with Trainer.
