Please note that you need to use the latest Lenny's Simple Trainer update (version 1.3 or greater) to use multiplayer models properly.

We are proud to release our latest modification for Red Dead Redemption 2: An outfit changer! Featuring all of the more than 1300 single player clothing items (and in version 0.2 all multiplayer components!), Arthur has never looked more unique. A word of caution: The component system in RDR2 is very powerful and even many parts of your skin are components which you might need to toggle to make body parts (re)appear! Please read the readme.txt file for more information on how the system works.

 

Features

  • Change clothing items in over 40 categories with over 10000 total variations!
  • Save your current outfit
  • Quickly equip saved outfits
  • Reset all your components
  • Change Ped Skin (see readme)
  •  Enable Multiplayer Assets (try changing your model to mp_male or mp_female using our trainer to access them in all your glory)
  • New! Change beard and hair length, untuck shirts and much more!
  • New! Customize menu key

 

Controls

Press F2 to open/close the Outfit Changer menu:

  • Up/Down to navigate the menu vertically.
  • Left/Right to change item options.
  • Enter to select.
  • Backspace to go back.

 

Installation
All you need to do is drag the files into your game root folder - the one where RDR 2 is installed.

  • The Outfit Changer is loaded from the same folder and shares many of the same files as Lenny's Simple Trainer but works without it.
  • When the game launches, you should hear a few beeping sounds, indicating that the mod is loaded.
  • RDR Online is not supported for modding.  Don't attempt to play Online with this mod.  Remove all files from your game folder before playing Online.

 

Configuration
Open the outfitchanger.ini file (found in your game folder) in a text editor to configure the Outfit Changer where you can:

  • Change the names of categories.
  • Name your favourite clothing items to make finding them again easier.
  • Manually edit/manage your saved outfits (although you can do this in the menu).

 

We are working on a Wiki page to document all of the clothing items.

To load any changes to the outfitchanger.ini file, use the "Reload Settings" feature in the menu.

 

Please don't upload or redistribute this mod, link here instead so that everyone has the most up to date version.

Please note that you are not permitted to sell configuration files for this mod. This mod is free and so should be your files!

    trying to download this, and it just downloads the .html file of the download page, not the .zip of the actual mod.. Anyone else experience this?

    No. Follow the instructions on the download page if you're having issues. Notably, click the 'click here' button if the download does not start.

    Love this mod. Mainly using it to just save more outfits for Arthur.

     

    Quick question, is there any way to make it not save the hair and facial hair styles? I've been trying to find a setting or trying to find a way to easily identify what the facial hair and hair are in the ini, but no luck. Any help?

    Is the Sandoval Jacket included? Can't seem to find it anywhere... Love the mod...

    FYI, I found some located within the ones where the hex codes are used as the description... Seems that a few colors are missing though... Thanks

    Hi. Best regards. The mod is very enjoyable. It is possible to design almost anything.

    I will have a few suggestions.


    Can you add muscular and fat bodies to the Torsos?


    And also the heads (face painting) , neckwear, hair and beards in this photo.

    Is it possible to add them?

    Hi, I was wondering, is there a way to get the "mask" bandana to function?
    If anyone knows of a way perhaps, another mod maybe.

    I wouldn't mind if it's just a specific one like Morgan has or one we can select... the one we put on through the outfit changer.
    But it'd be nice.
    As currently there is just an "invisible mask" to hide the identity 😛

    Currently I'm trying to insert them through the saved outfits, which is abit of a hassle.
    As I noticed the leather dusters aren't in the (atleast female) MP listings.

    This is a good mode
    However, Arthur's hair style is initialized after the cutscene.(Sometimes for no reason)
    At such times you need to press the F2 button to select a hairstyle and then press enter
    If anyone knows the solution please let me know

    I used a translator. sorry

     

    +clothes are used in sp category, but hair styles use mp category.
    If you do this, When bringing saved outfit Hair style becomes bald

    Just an idea... but perhaps you could look for a separate mod that allows you to save your online character?
    The shape of the face and stuff that you can't determine with the listings.

    For GTA V you can do this with certain trainers... mostly due to the director mode, as you don't even need to go online... but that option is missing here.

    Idk... just curious to hear if it'd be possible.
    As the generic faces are... horrendous.

    Think that's just "outfits" or something... Like sadie got numerous outfit styles.

    Have a weird glitch where when there is a duel random encounter and 1 of the duelists is killed they revive and both of them start shooting me, i removed files and it seems the outfit changer causes this glitch

    Good mod but it makes my arms really glitchy can you just make a mod that when you press a button it gives you ALL clothing I don't know if you know how to do that* But you seem good at clothing mods and the clothes go to your wardrobe including the online ones I think that would be a better mod cause this is kind of weird using and glitchy If you see this LMS please respond with a yes or no or maybe or cant even give me one

    I've tried numerous times to save outfits, but no matter what the outfits don't appear in my saved outfits. Where do they save? 

    Also can I edit the clothing on NPC characters? Like if I spawn my Multiplayer character can I add clothing onto him?

    Someone please help...

    I cannot use mp clothes properly...they always seems "off" or moved compared to the body, also tried using some glasses, even with arthur naker, and they were completely off in terms of position..is there a way to fix this? the pics here showed many mp clothes working on the character, so there must be a way

    Hi, is there any way that i can play as my online character? I know that in outfit changer you can use the option mp_male or female, and you can also choose diferent heads, but neither of them are my created character. So is there any method i can use to do that?

    hello sorry my english is very bad so i'm using google translator

    whenever i change the character model to customize my Status reset, my life my stamina and my deadeye go back to level 1, i already tried using the mp_male, CS_genstorymale and A_M_M_SkpPrisonLine_01 models all of them reset my status, but when I put arthur or john goes back to normal. Would you know to tell me what's going on?
