Please note that you need to use the latest Lenny's Simple Trainer update (version 1.3 or greater) to use multiplayer models properly.

We are proud to release our latest modification for Red Dead Redemption 2: An outfit changer! Featuring all of the more than 1300 single player clothing items (and in version 0.2 all multiplayer components!), Arthur has never looked more unique. A word of caution: The component system in RDR2 is very powerful and even many parts of your skin are components which you might need to toggle to make body parts (re)appear! Please read the readme.txt file for more information on how the system works.

 

Features

  • Change clothing items in over 40 categories with over 10000 total variations!
  • Save your current outfit
  • Quickly equip saved outfits
  • Reset all your components
  • Change Ped Skin (see readme)
  •  Enable Multiplayer Assets (try changing your model to mp_male or mp_female using our trainer to access them in all your glory)
  • New! Change beard and hair length, untuck shirts and much more!
  • New! Customize menu key

 

Controls

Press F2 to open/close the Outfit Changer menu:

  • Up/Down to navigate the menu vertically.
  • Left/Right to change item options.
  • Enter to select.
  • Backspace to go back.

 

Installation
All you need to do is drag the files into your game root folder - the one where RDR 2 is installed.

  • The Outfit Changer is loaded from the same folder and shares many of the same files as Lenny's Simple Trainer but works without it.
  • When the game launches, you should hear a few beeping sounds, indicating that the mod is loaded.
  • RDR Online is not supported for modding.  Don't attempt to play Online with this mod.  Remove all files from your game folder before playing Online.

 

Configuration
Open the outfitchanger.ini file (found in your game folder) in a text editor to configure the Outfit Changer where you can:

  • Change the names of categories.
  • Name your favourite clothing items to make finding them again easier.
  • Manually edit/manage your saved outfits (although you can do this in the menu).

 

We are working on a Wiki page to document all of the clothing items.

To load any changes to the outfitchanger.ini file, use the "Reload Settings" feature in the menu.

 

Please don't upload or redistribute this mod, link here instead so that everyone has the most up to date version.

Please note that you are not permitted to sell configuration files for this mod. This mod is free and so should be your files!

    Hello, after I installed the mod some of the controls in game dont work. I can go up and down and I can select but I cant go back or go left or right to change variants of clothing. I really want this mod to work and this is the only issue, any fixes?

    Hello,

     

    nice mod. I really like the variety of options to choose from. But I have a small problem: I cant save my custom outfits. Everything works until i select "saved outifts" and then there are just the example ones.

    Mod's working nice, I'm just seeing how to delete my saved outfits. I've made a few duplicates and was wondering how to delete them. I see the outfits listed in the ini. file as "[Outfit3] Name=Robbery", "[Outfit4] Name=Summer Green" and so on. My concern about deleting it through the ini. file is that the Outfits are in numerical order by date of creation, and if the Outfit number is out if order it might crash the mod. I just don't want to have to go and re-number all the Outfits in the ini. just to delete 1. I could be overthinking this, but I was just wondering if anyone had a similar situation.

    Okay so I just tested it out, deleting the whole line of code for the Outfit you want to remove works perfect. No need to re-number anything, just delete the all parts of the Outfit's code 

    I.e. 
    [Outfit9]
    Name=Brown Leather
    IsMp=False
    IsFemale=False
    Components=0x987C359D:0x44E21C90, 0xACFEB785:0x5784975E....

     

    Delete those 5 lines and reload the setting and your outfit will be gone. I should have done this 15 mins ago instead of posting my dumb question lol

    Im gonna try removing certain mods but I dont think any of these conflict with the ouffit changer.

    Is it possible to only save the clothing options and NOT the beard/hair? I'm using this mod mainly to expand the custom outfit slots but it saves the current beard and hair so if I, for example, shave, it resets the outfit I'm wearing, and when I go to load the saved outfit it loads the beard and hair that was saved along with it so I cant have dynamic bear/hair. I tried to delete entries in the .ini file for the beard but that just loads a clean shaven beard.

    I tried this mod year ago on cracked version 1311,  the mod version was 0.3. But for some reason, the same version of both the mod and the  game, and for some reason doesn't work. Any help?

    seems about right - lms not updating his most useful mods yet still proving to be very active in the community. at least let someone else do the work to keep your mods going, dude. this is embarrassing.

    Hello. I currently have the outfit changer and every time I try to apply a multiplayer clothing to Arthur, it doesn't work and makes the original clothing item disappear. For example if i had Arthur's hat equipped and changed it to a multiplayer hat, his hat would just disappear and i would not get the MP hat. Anyone have a fix for this pls?

    Does someone have the hashes for hair, beard, sideburns, and mustache lengths 1-7 for me? I can't find them anywhere except 0x47214797, which I know is max beard length.

    Seems when I change my outfit/model/ped it lowers the health and stamina to the lowest possible position and disables deadeye. Really ruins the ability to play a custom character. Anyone got any way to fix that, setting it to Arthur's stats and all?

    Does this still work? Mine crashes while loading the game, but I do have some mods on so there might be a conflict somewhere.

    The multiplayer items do not work at all, only the single player items work, even after I switch to mp_male using both rampage trainer and lenny's simple trainer. I have uninstalled all WhyEms Mods, Eastern's Epic Extras, and read dead offline, but nothing works. Any advice?

    Outfit Changer crashes when I try to change outfit options. I'm able to scroll up and down, but when I try to switch between base variations it crashes. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this, or why it happens?

    The ped swapper mod from nexus was causing it to crash. Removed it and mod works again
