Vanilla dirt decals on peds (dead or alive) vanish automatically in a couple of minutes, regardless of climate, and get washed away by rain.   This mod makes the dirt decals permanent, including on dead bodies, and disables rain.   To re-enable rain, delete the file \SACDirt\WeatherClimates.xml   Requires LML. Unpack in the LML folder, like any other LML mod.
