  1. The short version:
    This mod makes each weather type last longer, you can get random bad weather when you load the game or wake up, weather can persist while you sleep, or even when you quit the game.

    The long version:
    (You can customize everything below in the ini file.)

    -Each type of weather will last longer.
    This mod does *not* make it rain or snow more often, but when the game decides it's time for bad weather it'll last longer. There's also an option to make clear / sunny weather last longer.
    The default values are only 2-5 extra in-game hours, if you want actual rainy days or thunderstorms that last all night you have to set your own values in the ini.

    -Weather can persist while you sleep.
    Depending on how many hours you sleep and how long the current weather is set to last, weather might persist while you're asleep.

    -A chance for random bad weather when you wake up.
    If you go to sleep during clear weather there's a chance that you'll wake up to random bad weather.

    -Make weather persist through quitting / loading the game.
    This can be a little  wonky since the mod doesn't save while the weather is transitioning from one type to another (not always apparent if it's happening).
    If your weather isn't restored when you re-load the game it's likely because of this. Might improve it later..
    Also the mod can't differentiate one save from another. If you load up a different save the mod will load the weather from the previous save.

    -A chance for random bad weather when load the game.
    If your saved weather is clear/sunny (or you don't use the save feature) there's a chance for random bad weather when you load up the game.


    Important-ish:
    Since it can be hard to tell if the mod is working as intended, if you think you're experiencing an issue (mod not working, weather is stuck, etc..) please check the log file MorePersistentWeather.log in you game's root folder, you'll find some info about what's going on.
    If it doesn't help or you actually found and issue let me know!

    Also: For example rainy weather can (but not necessarily) be like this:
    sunny > rain > thunderstorm > light rain > sunny
    In this case the mod will activate three times, during each rainy type weather. Keep this in mind if you set custom values in the ini, they can add up and make bad weather last longer than you might expect.

    Currently fast travel will reset weather as per usual.

    Installation:
    Download MorePersistentWeather.rar, extract it and drop the files into your Red Dead Redemption 2 game folder.

  2. This mod removes the color filter from Kill Cam,now you can see the kill or the player in all of its glory.
     
    -->How to Install
    Place the No Kill Cam Filter folder inside your lml folder.

    Script Hook,Lenny's Mod Loader and Dynamic Kill Cams enabled in your game's camera settings

    If you are using another mod that edits cameras.ymt use that instead and open it with notepad ++,search for <UNK_MEMBER_0x55AAD59B> and replace the entire line with <UNK_MEMBER_0x55AAD59B/>

    -->Note
    Keep in mind this will not remove the filter of deadeye if used during the kill cam,you can activate Clear Dead Eye option in Rampage to get rid of it,it also has a toggle for getting kill cams on every kill.
    Also honor doesn't change if the camera focuses on the player or the kill,that's just a myth,it just changes the color of the filter in the vanilla game.

  3. Thirst and hunger cores for the horse. Similar to a mod Horses Needs that was made by bolmin70. 

    For the horse to drink leave it in a water source or near a trough. If the water is too deep the horse will not drink.
    To make it eat leave it near a haystack. Outside of towns the horse will also graze on grass. By default eating hay will restore hunger core much faster than eating grass. Running and sprinting will make the cores drop much faster. 

    When one of the cores reaches zero health and stamina will start dropping, speed will be limited and the horse will start falling to the ground. Details can be adjusted in the ThirstyHorse.ini file.
     
    For installation put ThirstyHorse folder, lml folder and ThirstyHorse.asi file inside main rdr2 folder.
     
     
    Thirst and Hunger cores version:

                                              -drinking will restore thirst core and stamina 
                                              -eating will restore hunger core and health 
                                              -resting will restore and overpower stamina and health



    No added cores version:
                                              -drinking will restore and overpower stamina 
                                              -eating hay will will restore and overpower health
                                              -eating grass will restore health

  6. John's deadly assassin outfit, replaces several regular clothing items. To see which to select, refer to the last images in the gallery. Use john's gunslinger ranch pants and your choice of black boots to match the original.

    This mod edits merges that several other items refer to, so you may notice small changes in other traditional vests, stalker hats and shotgun coats.

    Please keep in mind, this is a work in progress. There are several things I will change over time, for example the coat buttons are slightly broken. I also plan to add a "faded" variant to even closer match the rdr1 textures

    I'd also like to thank Eki for providing me with official rdr1 textures for reference matieral, several parts of this outfit would've been far worse without his help.

  7. Increases the on-foot field of view while in first person. The version included in the download ups the FOV up to 112 at 21:9 aspect ratio and 97 at 16:9.
     
    I may release more pre-modified versions in the future, but for now, I have included a quick .txt file in the download with instructions on how to modify it yourself.
     
    Note: This only changes the walking FOV. Aiming and aiming-down-sights are unaffected. I know how to change these but at the moment, this is all that is changed.

    This mod brings you Max Payne 3-inspired, yet authentically tuned for a western-style, "exaggerated" shot and burning reactions. The shot reactions are written from scratch and shouldn't break the immersion of RDR2. It's actually a WIP update for C.E.R.R that I initially abandoned to revert to an earlier stage after the physicstasks hotreload tool was released. I've added some of the new C.E.R.R features that I'm working on for the upcoming update. Now it's a solid euphoria mod, created without experimentation, following the same pattern as seen in older Rockstar Games titles. No weapon customization via the weapons.ymt file and no updates planned.

    A.R.E.P Main Preview:


    A.R.E.P now caters to a broader range of ragdoll-related preferences by offering various versions to choose from, each focusing on specific aspects. Despite the different adjustments, each version retains the core elements that make for a satisfying ragdoll physics experience—exactly what I aim for with A.R.E.P and what we were accustomed to in older Rockstar Games titles.


    - A.R.E.P 1.1:
    This is the main version of A.R.E.P (1.1). Inspired by Max Payne 3 ragdolls, this version offers a ragdoll result adapted to the western genre. If you're looking for a balanced and immersive experience between balancing/collapsing, appropriately exaggerated shot reactions, and satisfying Euphoria physics, this is the version to choose. Headshots can result in a drop or sometimes in a "the brain isn't working so well anymore" reaction. Fire reactions are much more dramatic—NPCs either throw themselves to the ground or run away while burning.

    Alternative Versions:
    These are alternative versions of A.R.E.P that were requested by the community.

    ### It is important to mention that, unfortunately, it is not possible to modify A.R.E.P 1.1 without altering the overall result in the game (even aspects, which shouldn't be affected)... Even adding a simple empty line in the physicstasks.ymt file or changing a comment somehow causes Euphoria-related aspects like stumbling/balancing and bullet force effects to slightly change. I have absolutely no idea why this happens, nor do I know how to fix it. Nevertheless, I have done my best to create a satisfying experience for all versions. ###



    - Version A "A.R.E.P v.A (Less balance, faster drops)":
    In this version, the Euphoria balance time and NPC stability have been reduced, causing NPCs to fall to the ground noticeably faster. As a result, their body weight feels heavier. Additionally, NPCs immediately drop upon receiving headshots. Those who enjoyed the vanilla Euphoria tuning of RDR2 but prefer a touch of "realism" in A.R.E.P, will love this version!


    - Version B "A.R.E.P v.B (Drop Headshots)":
    This version is like A.R.E.P Main, but with the difference that headshots make the NPC drop to the ground instantly. Changing the parameters slightly affected the balancing. It feels a bit altered due to the aforementioned phenomenon/bug.


    - Version C "A.R.E.P v.C (Spaghetti Western incl. more stumbling)":
    Many wanted more stable NPCs that stay in balancing mode for longer. This version has been adjusted in various aspects to achieve a higher chance to let NPCs stumble longer, especially when you rapidfire them. But even here, it was important to me to make it immersion-friendly, so I tried my best to adjust it this way. Overall, this version feels more like a 1960s spaghetti western.

    -> Installation:
    Choose a version and copy the corresponding folder into your LML folder. For example the "A.R.E.P Main" Folder. Make sure the mod is active in Lenny's Mod Loader UI.


    Important for troubleshooting:
    - Be aware that you can only run one Euphoria/Ragdoll mod at a time.
    - Custom settings in weapons.ymt (like custom impulses or associated Euphoria tuning sets) can affect A.R.E.P's Euphoria tuning, possibly in a negative way.
    - If you use PDO, make sure you set "euphoriamodinstalled" to "1" in the .ini file.

    Overview
    RAGE Hook Plugin for adjusting the timescale of the in game clock to make the days/weathers last longer.

    Installation
    - Copy Rage Hook Plugin files to your main RDR2 folder
    - Start RAGEPluginHook.exe and it will create a folder called C#Plugins in the main RDR2 folder, or create it yourself
    - Copy DLT_Time_Scale_W.dll & DLT_Time_Scale_W.ini into C#Plugins folder
    - Open the RAGE console in game and type LoadPlugin DLT_Time_Scale_W.dll  or enable it to load on start up. 🙂   Versions DLT_Time_Scale_W - Scales weathers with your timescale choice DLT_Time_Scale_A - Only scales the time, weather duration stays vanilla

    Change the SecondsPerMinute in the .INI file to your liking. The value is real life seconds for every minute in-game.
    Lowest value you can set is 1. Set it to 60 if you want realtime scale (Weathers will last about ~45 minutes :D). If you run from one district to another weather might change faster, this is to prevent getting snow in Lemoyne for example. Mod disables during missions to prevent any issues where a weather/time change might be forced.

  13. Collectable indicator for those who doesn't want to use google, but look for the collectables in a relatively honest way while exploring the beautiful world.

    If player is close to some collectable, visual and sound feedback are applied.

    The mod is very simple, but customizable: you can toggle off the visual indicators if they don't match your idea of immersion, leaving just the sound; or, you can adjust the icon location / icon opacity. You can adjust the range at which each type of collectables are discovered.

    v1.1 FIX: the dinosaur bone that has already been collected will not be detected anymore. Fix cannot be applied to dreamcatchers & rock carvings since they don't disappear from the world after collecting.

    No indicator will be displayed during:
    - missions
    - cinematic mode

    This mod is able to conflict with the mods that use subtitles feature actively.

    Developed & Tested on RDR2 build version 1491.18

    Further maintenance of the mod is possible but not guaranteed. 

    Installation:

    1. Download Alexander Blade's RDR2 Scripthook and follow the instructions there
    2. Download the attached archive, extract .asi + .ini files into RDR2 root folder.

  14. How it works:

    This is basically Neodymium's GTA5 Texture toolkit but only with the components to create a texture file (.ytd). This means that you can't export the files from "ytd" files but you can do that with OpenIV. You can't also load "ytd" files. This program also uses the RedM "ytd" file converter from the RedM client to convert the files to the "ytd" format that RDR2 recognizes. This is NOT included with the program. There are existing ways to make RDR2 Ytd files but this tool makes it more easy and not as tedious.

    How to Use: 
     
    After opening the program, click File>New. Now you can import files by clicking Edit>Import. NOTE: The program only accepts DDS files explicitly. This means if the file ends in .dds but wont open in the program, the file is not in DDS format even if it ends in .dds. If you need to delete a unwanted image, select the image you want to delete then click Edit>Delete. When you are ready to create a new "ytd" file, click File>Save. Select the folder to put the "ytd" file in. Two "ytd" files will be created. The"ytd" file that has "_nya" in it, is the file that can be used in RDR2. You can delete the other file. The "ytd" file that has "_nya" in it, can now be renamed to whatever you want and can now be used in Lenny's Mod Loader.
    How to install:
     
    Before installing, please read the Requirements section to see what you will need before installation.

    NOTE: If the files are not downloadable e.g. false positive on virus scan, then download from GitHub mirror under the mirrors section.

    Portable install:

    NOTE: Only downloadable on GitHub because virus scans always get a false positive on this tool. Go to mirrors and click on GitHub to go to the download page on GitHub.

    This is for short term use only.

    1. Download RDR2 Texture Toolkit Portable then extract the files to a folder.
    2. Run the exe file.
    3. Follow setup instructions.
    4. Done!

    Package install (deprecated 😞

    This is for long term use and will actually install the program.

    NOTE: This will not work if you are on a version of Windows 10 earlier than version 2004. 

    1. Download RDR2 Texture Toolkit then extract the files to a folder.
    2. Click on the .cer file. Then follow the instructions on screen. This is to allow you to install the program. 
    3. Click on the .msixbundle file. 
    4. Click install. If it does not allow you to install, repeat step 2, but select Local Machine in the prompt. If all fails, use the portable version.

    5. Run the program.
    6. Follow setup instructions.
    7. Done!

    How to update the tool:

    These instructions will tell you how to update the tool.

    1. Download the latest version of RDR2 Texture Toolkit then extract the files to a folder.
    2. Click on the .msixbundle file.
    3. Click update. If it does not allow you to update, click on the .cer file. Then follow the instructions on screen. This is due to the .cer file being expired.

  16. This mod simply toggles a global ped war so chaotic you will likely get killed within 2 minutes without god mode. All peds get a random weapon. Horses brutally kick peds and other horses and a handful of animals also attack people.
    Default Riot Toggles:

  17. reupload of my old mod because I had to delete my nexus account for personal reasons.

    Swaps normal weapon metals to oxidized ones (the ones seen on gang members guns and knives).

    FOR BOTH VERSIONS, DRAG THE LML FOLDER OR INTO DIRECTORY, OR PLACE SUBFOLDER IN LML

    NOTE: STANDARD VERSION will conflict with anything utilizing weaponcomponents.meta
    Also, all versions contain the ivory grip

  21. A lightweight mod that slows the game down with a press of a button. Someone told me to create this mod because two other similar mods used outdated scripthooks. 

    Installation
    Just drop the .asi file into the RDR2 game directory. 

    Config
    This mod generates the config file automatically after you run the game with the mod for the first time. The key to activate slow motion can be changed here and the speed can also be changed.

    Antivirus Disclaimer
    Some antiviruses (Specifically MaxSecure and SecureAge APEX) may flag the mod as a virus. This is a false positive. If your antivirus keeps deleting the .asi file, please add it to the exclusions.
     
    Config File Error
    If you get an error that says: 
    This usually means the game folder has the incorrect permissions set up. To fix this, follow these directions:
    1. Find your game folder. For steam users, the default location is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Red Dead Redemption 2"
    2. Right click on the Red Dead Redemption 2 folder and click properties.
    3. Go to the security tab on the window that pops up.
    4. Click Advanced.
    5. Set the owner of the folder to your windows username by clicking change near the top.
    6. Click apply, then close and open the window.
    7. Find CREATOR OWNER in the list and double click on it.
    8. Check the Full Control box and click OK.
    9. Repeat steps 7 and 8 for Users and Administrators.
    10. Click OK and close all other related windows. You are now done! 
     
    If you get no error and the mod does not seem to work at all, the mod is not being loaded. Make sure that you have scripthook and an asi loader installed properly. Also make sure that you had extracted the files for those mods and this mod.

    Attempt at recreating the "Hardcore Difficulty" from Red Dead Redemption - GOTY Edition
    Maximum health is reduced by half, taking in consideration health levels Health regenerates more slowly, and after a longer delay All purchasables cost more, and all items sell for less Reward/drops/looting amounts are lowered/more rare Starting a new game is recommended. Otherwise, what's the point? I have only done minimal testing with the mod so far. Any issues please let me know and I will look into them.

  24. A simple texture swap that adds beta Guarma with location texts to the pause menu map. This map can be very helpful for beta hunters when checking out beta Guama coordinates.
     
    "Guama" which was the beta name of Guarma, used to be a small island connected to the main map and was located just south east of Saint-Denis. Rockstar most likely moved and reworked Guama because it wouldn't have made much sense for a tropical island to be so close to the main map. All the parts of Guama were repurposed on the final Guarma we know today. DuPz0r from Basement Gamer Bros and pariah87 have both done a lot of coverage on Guarma's developement and cut content so if you'd like to know more I'd recommend watching their videos. 

    Unfortunately the "discovered" and "undiscovered" minimap tiles end right at the middle of the island so making a full detailed
    map of the island isn't currently possible, but I might update the west side of the island with buildings and roads at some point.
     
    Installation:
    Place the Beta Guarma Map folder inside your LML folder or alternatively you can place all the ytd files into your stream folder
